To remove this error in the car's multimedia system, you need to update its software. It can be downloaded from the Hyunde or Kia website by selecting the USA/Canada region on the website, then select the AUDIO - Display Audio Gen2V Software Update, then download it to your computer and download it to USB-Flash Disk, then perform the update procedure in the car in the appropriate settings menu.
