We don’t really how much we need to take care of our own body until we going through something but that’s this verse come in “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.”

Hi Haley, I am a nurse. I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned it in your other videos as well. The shooting pain that you were feeling when you jump is called sciatica you should look it up. Also, yes, I have had my husband go to the hospital because of a hernia in his groin and men are more prone to get a hernia because they carry heavier objects than we do. But in Alex’s situation he might just have pulled a muscle maybe that’s the reason why he did not want to do any extra x-rays because of the extra radiation that he might be consuming. You guys might be a little paranoid but just have him rest and maybe put an ice pack in the area that hurts. If the pain goes away within a few days, then It was just a muscle that was pulled while he was working on the car , I suggest that if it doesn’t go away within a few days, maybe have a second opinion and ask for x-rays then .I hope your husband feels better ❤

I went to the ER for pain on my back, extremely painful to the point where I could not do anything other than cry from pain. Doctor did a general check & said I had a possible UTI (no blood test, no urine test, nothing just assumption). I was sent home & was back within an hr because something felt wrong! Turns out I had a big kidney stone that required surgery to remove. CONTINUE ADVOCATING FOR YOURSELF‼️

I had both my boys natural and although it gets puffy and burns and you bleed a lot. I think C section is the hardest. Because
You got cut so it hurts and you can’t move or position yourself to breast feed while vaginal isn’t easy. You can move better and take care of new born.

I’ve had 3 kids. Two were natural and with my 3rd baby I was having complications dilating and his heartbeat was getting slower so we had to get an emergency C-section. I was honestly so scared of it I cried when they told me about the C-section. I was shaking. Both are definitely hard. Since I have experienced both I can speak for both experiences. Birth is scary whether it’s natural or C-section. We are putting our body through a lot of pain and a lot of change.

I would imagine the doctor has seen hundreds maybe thousands of hernias. Not his first rodeo. You guys are being dramatic 😂. Plenty of people go to the doctor exaggerating their symptoms and it’s nothing, not saying Alex is exaggerating. I’m saying there is two sides to a coin. He’s a specialist, he wouldn’t risk his license or his well being for Alex, no disrespect. I think y’all are little paranoid. If it feels worse go back. Alex is tough he’ll be fine.

@@lauracouture3394 perfection isn’t needed here tho. I think for a garden, most people look at it as a gradual work in progress because of how expensive it is. Like you guys are doing right now; late last year after I had spent 4 and a half months in Croatia with my parents visiting my dad's side of the family and seeing most of the houses looking really nice with maintained outdoor living space, I decided to do what you guys are doing. I had over $10k in my bank saved up and spent almost the whole lot trying to make the house back home here in NZ look really nice outside especially since my parents want to sell our old house which is right in front of us. It's expensive but is definitely a fun and enjoyable hobby if you can find the time to do it and maintain what you create

Hi guys, it’s been a while. Had to check up and catch up but um I’m glad you guys are doing things on your own. It might be a lot of work and expensive at first but it’s more worth it to buy stuff rather than pay people off to do it for you because it actually pays off after a while. You guys can also clean the lawn mower and return it to home depot once you’re done with it if you guys want to as another option. They actually give you the money back. For the little piece of grass that was left, you can cut it off by adjusting the height. It’s a lever that is located behind the wheel that you move up or down to adjust. Be careful with the rocks and sticks. Love you guys ☺️❣️

I had a severe hernia that I wasn't aware of since I didn't know what it was back in late 1993. I got it playing high school football as a varsity linebacker. I was on the varsity team as a freshman due to my size and years of playing as a youth. We would work out and I was a power lifter due to my position. I gave it my blood and sweat to try and be the best. The last thing I wanted was to be dropped off the varsity team due to an injury. That dreaded day came when my body just could not handle to pain that literally felt as if my testicles were in a vice being crush. The hernia had grew to the size of an orange and I finally had to tell my mother I couldn't walk and didn't want to eat. It turned into an E.R visit that was horrible from the start. I was admitted and was placed under within seconds. I guess the surgeon saw something that needed to be done to save my life. I woke up drowsy and immediately started to vomit and choke on it. My girlfriend at the time had only been with me for about a week and she was there when I awoke and notified the nurse I was choking on my own vomit. I was turned onto my side and I kept vomiting. The reason for the vomiting was due to the fact that I had just gotten home from practice and immediately went to the hospital, which I had already had more than enough fluids than I was supposed to have going into surgery. I don't remember how I got home after surgery but my girlfriend was there. When the pain medication wore off it was a different pain. The doctors made an 8" incision with staples literally on my waist line were they needed to cut into me to fix the issue. Trying to move or bend was an entirely different pain. I needed help and my girlfriend was there to help me and clean my dressing as needed. This was a church girl that was as pure as they come and for her to be able to agree to help me knowing she would see everything, she just did it. I will answer your question, yes she is my wife and we have been married 28 year's now and she is my true ride or die. Not to mention when I was severely injured in Afghanistan with a traumatic brain injury, she was there rooting me on as she always had known that I was the type of man that as long as I had a heart beat I would overcome anything and I definitely did. I hope this help guys, I heard now they have improved the procedure and you might have a 2" slice to deal with instead the barbaric one they gave me. Also, your strength will never be the same. Since a hernia is you lower intestines they have to push back into your body and close off the area that it broke through.

Maybe you should get a second opinion because couple years ago my husband was having some pain coming from lower stomach and the first doctor said it wasn’t anything. A year later he had to go back and we went to see a different doctor and he had said it was a small hernia but didn’t look serious. Months go by and he was in deep deep pain and we went to another office and this doctor checked him deeper and the hernia got bigger and my husband ended up getting surgery. So yes! I think Alex should get another opinion go see a general surgeon just to be safe.

I had a hernia; an umbilical hernia. August 2023 it was repaired. Prior to surgery i had stabbings sharp pains (sometimes worst than cramps) & nausea. If I had developed diarrhea vomiting or high fever they would have did the surgery sooner. My recovery time was 4 to 6 months to fully heal. When I was 13 I had my appendix removed as well. So when he said his right side I automatically thought oh maybe it's his appendix. Don't ever wait for it to rupture That's the worst. It's always good to get your health check out even though it might be something so small.

I completely understand what you're talking about I went to my hospital two times a month telling him I was having a strong pain in my chest and difficulty breathing and they were doing CT scans MRIs blood work and kept telling me nothing was wrong. Then one day I went in and I saw a completely brand new doctor at this hospital did an x-ray and found out I had an aortic aneurysm in my valve by my heart, three weeks later I was in salt lake Utah University hospital having heart surgery

Hernias are krazee there are different pain levels and different types of hernias depending where on the body they break through a barrier thin wall of the abdomen you
Can also do self test like when docs check when you cough the repair process is putting a mesh screen like over the torn abdomen wall one can also can push back in the hernia through the broken abdominal wall be easy rest up & definitely get it checked out bro one can sometimes hear the hernia is sounds like the snapping of cartilage also lifting anything heavy like weights and holding your breath is not good is why one breathes out as you lift
Coughing too hard or even holding your sneezing can cause a hernia
    Get better feel better 🙏🏽🫡🦾😉💪🏽😎

Even if it’s a hernia they usually go away on there own if it doesn’t then they usually do surgery so that’s probably why he sent u home should heal on its own 👍🏻

Definitely go see a general doctor. Going straight to a surgeon isn’t the best, since they are looking for something to operate on. A general doctor will give you better advice on how to treat it, plus do more exams. I was referred to a general surgeon for a lump I had on my back/neck. The surgeon disregarded it and said it was due to my weight. I went back to my regular doc and he did an ultrasound. It turned out to be a lipoma, so second or multiple opinions matter. Hope you get better!

I had my first three kids vaginal with no pain meds and it was easy for me honestly I was good after 2 weeks but had my last (4th baby) via emergency C-section at 27 weeks (6 months) and it was HELL 😭 I couldn’t walk good for about a month and a half because of how much pain I was in. So I would choose vaginal over c-section any day of the week😭

I’ve had both c section and natural. It was a vbac actually so even that being said . If I were to have another , I’d go natural if possible . I didn’t have any medication for my natural birth so felt absolutely everything .
Now with that being said I feel I can give a pretty informed opinion. I believe a natural birth is incredibly more painful overall. I had flashbacks of my screams in my head for about a month after. But recovery was real smooth and I was walking fine in less than an hour . Healing was easier for natural birth. Now for a c section I was so medicated the actual birth I didn’t feel a whole lot. Just the sharpness from the blade cutting each layer was felt but not unbearable. The recovery was horrible though . I could barely walk the first day and for weeks I couldn’t do the most minimum movements . I was scared to sneeze because it felt like I was going to rip open. And my scar is forever and is still sensitive after 8years.
1 day of level 10 pain vs 6 weeks of level 5 pain and discomfort and lifelong scar

That’s why second opinions matter. & I immediately thought appendix but idk much about that. Maybe it’s the START of a hernia and your sign to stop working too hard. ❤️😊 and an x ray is for bones not for hernias. You need an ultrasound or an MRI 😇

So last year I found out I was pregnant in October had no morning sickness and in November I had all the morning kept throwing up kept nothing in my stomach throughout December would go to the hospital and the only thing they would do was keep me hydrated and when I would see obgyn they didn’t help at all but give me medicine and it wouldn’t help at all and I would tell them and they would keep prescribing me more medicine till one day I lost my eye sight and very fatigue till where I couldn’t walk anymore and my family took me to the hospital and ended up losing my baby in January the 13 because of poor nutrition and I got a eye sight back a little bit after I lost my baby and regained my ability to walk again but I blame the doctors for not helping me on time and it was the worst feeling ever do not wish on nobody
