If you’re cutting them it seems like a lot of waste still on the spool. Can you not splice them and put a plug on the waste that’s still on the roll of lighting strip that’s left on the roll? I just hate waste and throwing away good money if you know what I mean.
@@Lawdogbeagles You can by different lengths to fit your needs and the strips are pretty affordable.
This was awesome!! Does anyone have any tips if I don’t have a table saw? Also do the backlighting strips come with the necessary plugs?
You could cut the groove with a router and a 1/4" Router bit!! Yes it comes with the plug
Nice but you didn't show how you joined the strips together after cutting them to length.
I didn't, each has its own plug
