I love Dry Bar. At 71 im facing glaucoma, knee replacement and lumbar spinal implant. Its what keeps me going since I have no family, no support THIS is the only thing that makes me smile. These comedians are the best!
I hope you're doing good. Best of luck on your health problems! There are lots of good folks around imo. Perhaps join a group or club? I've found good friends at the local library or even just shopping? It may depend what you're looking for or getting out of your comfort zone. Senior citizens center? Don't discount all your options. I'll be 70 next year, have some serious health problems though unlike yours, use a walker or canes, but I have a rich life (not financially) and wake up happy and feeling grateful for life. I whipped around, blurted an answer and nearly fell off my chair when it was the right answer. She was just as shocked lol

The teacher asked "What was it?!" and I blurted out "Spider !!". People scrambled out of their seats and they organized a full scale search. I soon realized what had happened, but they were asking me "What color was it, where did it go ?" I was embarrassed !.

I live in the south. We still have belts AND switches. For those of you not from the country, a switch is a long thin branch that you’re forced by your parent to pick out from the nearby underbrush to be hit in the legs/buttock area. I’ve only been switched once... I’ve had stupider cousins who kept getting in trouble and my mom and her siblings dealt with my grandpa.

We went to go see his brother, Brian Regan, and Dennis opened for him. Dennis was such a good opener our belly’s and faces hurt so bad from laughing so hard we were exhausted before Brian even entered the stage! Best show ever!

I found this a couple weeks ago and it is my go to laugh at least once a day. The voice, the facial expressions, the timing, the material and the mannerisms.
It's like my motorcycle safety course instructor said on the subject of stupid questions, "If you ask a stupid question, we won't make fun of you, but we WILL tell the next class about it and have a laugh." That stuck with me through that whole course.
This guy is a trip. His delivery is amazing. Whenever he leads into a particularly funny joke and his voice cracks because he's trying not to make himself laugh. This guy's pure gold.
French for me - I tell people I took three years of French, without adding that it was French 1 each time. For reasons too long to explain, I skipped grade 10 math. Not because I was that good. Just circumstances. Grade 11 math was rather daunting for the first half.

I'll tell you how funny Dennis Regan is: evidently I was laughing so hard that my neighbor came over to check on me. She lives two houses away! (Which begs the question what do I sound like when I laugh that hard?) Dennis is hysterically funny. They say that good comedy takes a lot of work. What I can't decide is whether he works so hard that it seems natural or if he's just naturally that funny. By the time he got to stuffing big Bob's dead body in the overhead compartment I was crying, holding my side and falling off my couch. Oh God I hope he's got a DVD. I'm gonna go look.

Neghie Thervil I have done that, but it was only an indication that I was pretty gassy. Though, it did cause a cycle, where I laughed hard at something, farted because of the laughter, the laughed at the farting, and farted more because of the laughter... I laughed until I was out of gas.
I'm a huge comedy fan and this is the most I've laughed in ages at any stand-up - I knew Brian had a brother but I didn't know he completely crushed it like Dennis does!!

I'll tell you how funny Dennis Regan is: evidently I was laughing so hard that my neighbor came over to check on me. She lives two houses away! (Which begs the question what do I sound like when I laugh that hard?) Dennis is hysterically funny. They say that good comedy takes a lot of work. What I can't decide is whether he works so hard that it seems natural or if he's just naturally that funny. By the time he got to stuffing big Bob's dead body in the overhead compartment I was crying, holding my side and falling off my couch. Oh God I hope he's got a DVD. I'm gonna go look.
