I loved how they used Golden Freddy. No godlike powers, no hidden lore, just an unused suit in the back. I know that lore can be fun to solve, I love lore a lot, but especially with the FNAF community, maybe all we need is a one-off adventure like Into the Pit.

The hidden door thing would have made a bit more sense with Oswald sneaking in, the usual cutscene plays out and then Oswald is forced to use the vent to get out. Because the final playthrough's narrative is a bit wonky. Oswald goes in via vent, then hides in the vent, gets out of the vent, and now has to go back in again. It feels more like someting that could use a bit of polish for a smoother flow of narrative.
Balloon Boy might be one of the most hated characters, but that’s exactly why he’s the best. His role forces you to face frustration and anxiety, which adds to the game’s intensity. While other animatronics directly attack, Balloon Boy messes with your strategy by taking your flashlight and leaving you vulnerable. His presence adds an extra layer of challenge that keeps players on edge. The fact that he gets under everyone's skin so much is what makes him so effective and memorable-he truly knows how to leave an impact.
My favorite in this game is probably Freddy, the fact that most people don't really understand what his mechanic is on their first playthrough reminds me of the crazy ways people tried to explain certain parts of how he acts in Fnaf 1. I think it fits him to be less predicable and more confusing than the others, even if he's not much of a threat.
My favourite animatronic is Funtime Freddy, I just really like how unique his design, voice and personality is. All the sister location animatronics are meant to be sympathetic except Freddy, that’s probably the reason he’s the only animatronic you can’t shock. Edit: he said to comment your favourite animatronic, not just your favourite Into The Pit animatronic.

Nightmarionne in both design and concept is terrifying to me. Being essentially a stand-in for the concept of death is so cool to me and it makes them my favorite animatronic. Brightening up his jumpscare screen and seeing those eyes is just unreal. This thing isn't here to just end your nightmare, it's here to continue it.

My favorite animatronic is Flossing Bonnie. From the trailer. He does the floss. Flossing Bonnie isn't in the game. He's gone. He's sad. (I want an SNES version too :()

I've been a big fan of Springtrap ever since learning that purple guy was inside. The idea of a killer refusing to die and inhabiting the suit they used to lure in their victims even after their excruciating death by its hand is super cool
I believe my favorite is Security Puppet. It's just a really cool design, i wish we got to see more of them as an actual animatronic rather than a decorative piece / mini-game.

At this point I think my favourite animatronic is Circus Baby. There's just something so interesting about an antagonist who gives directions that the player almost always has no choice but to follow (Circus Baby's directions only ever get the player character "killed" when she gets them to go to the scooping room in Sister Location. All other times in the games that she gives the player directions, what she tells the player to do is what you have to do in order to not get jumpscared and lose.)

I’m also attached to her since Susie is the only MCI victim we’ve seen in-game. Her line in UCN - “I was the first. I have seen everything” just haunts me and makes me sympathize for all the victims. This is, in my opinion, the best FNAF game style. It is just such a refresher from the 3D graphics and how the gore was toned down on the best animatronic Springtrap.

I really like Mangle's design, since it plays with the concept of the haunted animatronics being... well, haunted animatronics, so they can still function, even with a completely rearranged/dismantled endoskeleton.
Circus Baby is easily my favourite. She's a clown. She's evil. She's massive. What more could you want! I also really like JJ because of the lil songs they sing in UCN.

First off as a Pixilart user I respect the hell out of all the artists who had to work so hard at making sure there were no stray/dead pixels in every single part of the entire game. I know Lefty is like the cringe 2018 edgelords choice for a favorite animatronic but I feel like actually giving Charlie a full animatronic suit like the rest of the children in her final moments was an amazing way to send her off. Also that one lawsuit description where its head falls off is both really funny and an amazing way of showing Charlie's character

Funtime Freddy. Not only is he one of the best looking in terms of design, but in my opinion he is also one of the most terrifying enemies. His appearance and energetic voice make him seem like one of the funniest and friendliest of all the animatronics in the entire franchise (The first time I heard his voice he appeared to me as goofy), while in reality he is one of the few robots to be built with a killing intent already present in his programming. What's more, his psyothic and sadistic behavious in "Count the Ways" makes him even more scary: he doesn't kill Millie right away, but enjoys psychologically torturing her by prolonging her agony and taunting her until the last second when he finally agrees to kill her; and to make matters worse always in the book he admits that, unlike other animatronics like Circus Baby, he actually enjoys killing. I know that the “Fazbear's Frights” books are, theoretically, not canonical with the lore of the games, but the idea that he really is that diabolical makes him one of the most frightening antagonists and one that, even today, can instill fear. Also in Sister Location his jumpscare is, according to me, one of the scariest ones of all games.

I wonder what his deal is, like why is he a Spring Bonnie suit that is somehow alive, like it has flesh and teeth.

I honestly really really love how springtrap looks, im a big fan of pixelart and his sprite is soo good, all of the animations of the game are really good but man you gotta appreciate the cartoony color palet on springtrap jumpscares and quick time events
The Yellow Rabbit is currently my absolute favorite in FNAF. I've only watched a Let's Play so far and haven't had the chance to play the game myself. Before 'Into The Pit,' it was definitely Montgomery Gator from 'Security Breach'.
The unused jumping animation is probably of oz opening the attic. If you watch the jumping animation, and the current attic opening animation side by side, they look very simliar
With the amount of available sprites it's totally possible for a mod to make up some new mechanics from the early stages into a new version lmaoo, like seriously, a goddamn v0.5 stage within the original files and then v1 being the final release

I've had a lifelong fascination with springtrap. I find it really interesting that a murderer's corpse is trapped in an animitronic and loses all self-control.
Honestly my favorite animatronic is Foxy the Pirate Boi I really like his running in the first game and there is no way people forget his face when he jumps into your face giving you the no front lobe activity in FNAF 2 And I mean he is a pirate what are you expecting me to say Pirates are cool asf
3:29 I think this hallway is specifically supposed to be the entrance to Jeff's Pizza. The layout is pretty much exactly the same (albeit with the arcade door moved a bit to the right), and there is a bit of empty on the left where you can easily imagine the counter going. The early room sprites also seem to follow the logic of "open door = unlocked room" and "closed door = locked room / door that takes you to the map," and that logic tracks with this early version of the entrance. The left door is closed (because it takes you to the map), the middle door is closed (because that door in Jeff's Pizza gets locked at one point in the game), and the right door is open (because it always remains unlocked throughout the duration of the game).
gotta just love how the game was made, the scawy yellow rabbit is definitely the best character, he's actually a decently horrifying character for once!

First off as a Pixilart user I respect the hell out of all the artists who had to work so hard at making sure there were no stray/dead pixels in every single part of the entire game.
I know Lefty is like the cringe 2018 edgelords choice for a favorite animatronic but I feel like actually giving Charlie a full animatronic suit like the rest of the children in her final moments was an amazing way to send her off. Also that one lawsuit description where its head falls off is both really funny and an amazing way of showing Charlie's character

Funtime Freddy. Not only is he one of the best looking in terms of design, but in my opinion he is also one of the most terrifying enemies. His appearance and energetic voice make him seem like one of the funniest and friendliest of all the animatronics in the entire franchise (The first time I heard his voice he appeared to me as goofy), while in reality he is one of the few robots to be built with a killing intent already present in his programming. What's more, his psyothic and sadistic behavious in "Count the Ways" makes him even more scary: he doesn't kill Millie right away, but enjoys psychologically torturing her by prolonging her agony and taunting her until the last second when he finally agrees to kill her; and to make matters worse always in the book he admits that, unlike other animatronics like Circus Baby, he actually enjoys killing. I know that the “Fazbear's Frights” books are, theoretically, not canonical with the lore of the games, but the idea that he really is that diabolical makes him one of the most frightening antagonists and one that, even today, can instill fear.
Also in Sister Location his jumpscare is, according to me, one of the scariest ones of all games.
Sorry to be the one to point this out but, aren't the girls in the game supposed to be like 10 years old why do they have-insert UA-cam censored word-s?
Pit spring bonnie HAS to be my new favourite character- hes just so intimidating and for once actually somewhat scary. Im just a huge nerd for animation so i just love how fluid he moves😅
My favorite animatronic is the one know as "TetraBit" who goes into you're computer files looking for loss content, and jump scares you by posting them to UA-cam

It would be cool if an SNES game for Into the Pit was completed, which might also give you the vibe of FNAF somehow exists in this universe. I also liked the antagonist of this game, Spring Bonnie. I wonder what his deal is, like why is he a Spring Bonnie suit that is somehow alive, like it has flesh and teeth.
My favorite animatronic is mangle because he’s just like me fr: no one knows what gender she is, her favorite hobby is appearing in random places and screaming, and he keeps getting absolutely decimated during his job working with kids.
I honestly really really love how springtrap looks, im a big fan of pixelart and his sprite is soo good, all of the animations of the game are really good but man you gotta appreciate the cartoony color palet on springtrap jumpscares and quick time events

The Yellow Rabbit is currently my absolute favorite in FNAF. I've only watched a Let's Play so far and haven't had the chance to play the game myself. Before 'Into The Pit,' it was definitely Montgomery Gator from 'Security Breach'.
In my opinion lolbit is my favorite in appearance and in fnaf world she sold bytes
The unused jumping animation is probably of oz opening the attic. If you watch the jumping animation, and the current attic opening animation side by side, they look very simliar
With the amount of available sprites it's totally possible for a mod to make up some new mechanics from the early stages into a new version lmaoo, like seriously, a goddamn v0.5 stage within the original files and then v1 being the final release
Really this game was kind of impressive in having so much unused but still managing to make this little bite sized story so engaging. Very nice video as usual
I've had a lifelong fascination with springtrap. I find it really interesting that a murderer's corpse is trapped in an animitronic and loses all self-control.
Honestly my favorite animatronic is Foxy the Pirate Boi I really like his running in the first game and there is no way people forget his face when he jumps into your face giving you the no front lobe activity in FNAF 2
And I mean he is a pirate what are you expecting me to say Pirates are cool asf

3:29 I think this hallway is specifically supposed to be the entrance to Jeff's Pizza. The layout is pretty much exactly the same (albeit with the arcade door moved a bit to the right), and there is a bit of empty on the left where you can easily imagine the counter going.
The early room sprites also seem to follow the logic of "open door = unlocked room" and "closed door = locked room / door that takes you to the map," and that logic tracks with this early version of the entrance. The left door is closed (because it takes you to the map), the middle door is closed (because that door in Jeff's Pizza gets locked at one point in the game), and the right door is open (because it always remains unlocked throughout the duration of the game).
gotta just love how the game was made, the scawy yellow rabbit is definitely the best character, he's actually a decently horrifying character for once!
