@@batreg6996 Kind of, it wont be as smooth as the rest of your coaster but here: 1. Make sure banking offset is 2 2. Make sure when you put your track down, you change the angle by the same amount each time 3. Dont do more than 6 rounds (you can do more but the heartlining wont be what you want) and sometimes you may need to use autocomplete
Best tutorial video I have seen outside of nerd chachos. This was incredibly helpful as I have only attempted a 4m coaster once. Keep it up and your coasters really are the best I have seen on Console!
Great video as always mate. I also play planet coaster console and 4m is very time consuming but definitely worth the time. Especially for someone who has centered their newest park around realism. Keep it up!👏
There’s actually a method similar to this that works almost as good but takes less time. It can work with any length if you highlight three pieces and go through. I’ve tried it recently it works pretty well
theres another method where you max the banking offset, set it to any size you want, select three pieces, and just smooth each piece once one by one, then do it again backwards, sometimes it can be not as good but it only takes at least 5 minutes to smooth and is extremely smooth
i use this all the time and it works best for rmcs for me. also another thing, you dont do it in reverse. you do the 1 smooth thing 4 times over. doing 2 smooths also works
Oh I've always done it in reverse, I always see other youtubers do it in reverse. I doubt it makes a huge difference if you do it the same amount of times but I reckon it saves time not having to move the camera back to the start point each time. I guess its whatever works for you :)
Possibly, though different manufacturers/models use different supports, I might do a general realism tips video next tho. Also I hope you have fun making your own creations :)
@@mudkipp86 Basically, you select two pieces when you are done, delete them and let the game autocomplete it. Them that bigger piece and another one, delete and Auto complete. The game will autocomplete it as a smooth piece. That require you to build short pieces tho.
@@coastercreations6126 the worst part is definerely the lack of a button binding for the smooth on PC. Besides that i think I'll throw together a video of my 4 meter coasters so far
If you have any questions ask away here :)
Is there a way to make a smooth heartline roll with just the 4m method

@@360coasters sure how tall do you want it?
@@coastercreations6126 Um about 150 - 200 ft?

Great video mate, I should really start using this method more on my own coasters, thanks!
Cheers, I would use it sparingly in larger parks due to the counter but it does wonders for realism
The counter is no issue if you do autocomplete after it.

Ah new account? And thanks :)
@@coastercreations6126 yeah new account, new videos! XD
Im going to buy planco on ps4 because the premium edition is on sale for 58$. Nice tutorial and maybe you could do a custom support tutorial. Thanks

@@coastercreations6126 yeah, general realism is a good idea for tutorial
@@coastercreations6126 Would love to see your tips for that! I just filmed a transfer track tutorial video last night. It was like an hour long. Lol
Hi, i just bought the game for console and i am wondering if you post your creations on the workshop. Thanks
Yes! Quite a few are on there, I need to put some of my more recent ones on there but my name on ps4 is ted07386

You can make it even Smooth (AF)er and fix that problem where you use a lot of assets by usukg this plus the autocomplete technique.
What’s the autocomplete technique

This is awesome
Hope it helps :)

Your text doesn't stay on screen long enough and I can't be bothered to pause it each time.
You use 4m pieces and smooth 2 at a time working forward. That's it
