Italy Cruise on P&O Azura - VLOG 3 - Calvi

Come with us on our adventures as we attempt to "do Italy" on a P&O Cruise.
Our 2nd port stop wasnt in Italy but in Calvi in Corsica. This was a change to the itinerary but was a really pleasant surprise. It was tender port and how did P&O organise getting over 3000 passengers off and back on the ship? Well it didnt exactly run smoothly.
Calvi is in a picture postcard setting, sitting in a beautiful bay with turquoise seas and a rugged mountainous backdrop. Its a playground for millionaires and legionaires, with the French Foreign Legion camped just outisde.
There are 3 distinct areas to explore in this seaside town. The medeival citadel, the main town and beach area and we got to experience all three. But what did we think of this as a cruise port?
