In many other places that way is still done , in the rest of the country the waste collection workers don't have the luxury of having a wheel loader clean up their mess for them , those guys in California have it made they barely have to lift a finger they get paid for doing hardly anything.

But now I'm retired and I'm 70 years old we had 3 men to a truck and the guys now don't even have to get out of the truck anymore alot has changed 😊
