I go on self dates regularly. I go out and do things alone. Yesterday, I took myself to a nice restaurant, sat and had my meal all alone. I wasn’t lonely, still isn’t lonely. Alone time is very important!

And kim matcha is high in caffeine so it will affect your sleep it happened to me I was drinking a lot of matcha and my uncle ended up telling me it’s high in caffeine cause I told him I was having trouble sleeping and now my sleep is great .
