- Our V8 Lexcen goes hard with it's 700hp+ 1UZ-FE power plant, but it doesn't handle well at all. To say it handles like a soggy noodle would be an insult to soggy noodles, so with outfit the super wagon with new wheels, tyres and and full Shockworks suspension set-up. The difference is amazing.

Shockworks guys killing it again. Its amazing the amount of work they do considering it all comes out that small shed.
What a great Australian Company Shock works is , nice to see how coil over is really made.
I have Shockworks coilovers in my Soarer. They're seriously amazing coilovers. When just cruising, I swear it's as comfy if not comfier than stock.
I put Shockworks coilovers on my VF wagon, looks great and handling is awesome.

I am impressed! those strut tops look great! They don't look like they will destroy your bonnet if they failed. GOTTA GET ME SOME OF THAT!
That amount of lowering in the rear makes it look fantastic.

I have shock works in my FG G6 & couldn't believe the difference in handling it runs on rails now.

The Lexcen is still a sleeper regardless. It's like my '03 Holden VY S Series I ute with the optional LS1. People pull up next to it thinking that it just has a V6 until the lights go green & the LS1 comes to life! They pull up at the next set of lights saying that only the SS could have the V8! LS1's were optional across the range below the SS.
If you're getting suspension done, you can't go wrong
Got shockworks in my FG turbo, improved handling a lot but still a really comfortable ride. Highly recommended 👍
I am a Pokémon lover and absolutely had my jaw dropped when seeing the Togepi plush. I am a very happy man today. Shockworks and Street Machine rule!!

Scotty, the exhaust exiting the rear bumper - is really close. This probably won't worry you on the drag strip, but she'll get really toasty doing circuit work, and melt/char the cutout in the bumper. Ask me how I know :) Best to drop it down half an inch mate. Love the build. And I'll be happy when I can actually bolt in my Shockworks gear - Some welding to do first...

Lmao Shockworks suspension bits in a Lexcen wagon - if you went through it with polyurethane bushes and a set of swaybars as well it'd be the best-handling Toyota wagon in the country!

Something about chunky 5 spoke mags on a wagon and sitting right!! Some big ol hsv brake callipers would set this off! 😉

I don't like Holdens (cos was only really the running gear that was Toyota) built after the 60's but this has had some really good mods done to it and has turned it into a right old weapon. Kudos to ya Scotty 👌
Scotty great work in getting suspension upgraded and those alloys are nice BUT THE CENTRE HUB please get rid of the lion badges, this aint no crap GM Holden (well it is but the compliance plate says otherwise).

VX SS Sedan and VU SS Ute had the same wheels from factory. They look ok on the older Commodores too. Were a favorite on VL Commodores back in the day

at 17" they'd have to be from an SS - Going by mine, which are VX S-pack rims, and they are 16"s
Vx ss rims make them look like a sleeper because old men put them on to replace the steelies.
We were thinking it looks P-plater spec

Standard diff, but with some upgrades.

Scotty mate should have cleaned the calipers with a wire brush on a drill, that way at least it will be a lot easier to clean them when all the brake dust starts to accumulate on them. Well done mate keep up the great work camp. 🦘🦘👌👍✌
