Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiling water- 200pcs.
Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
Filling:
Cherry-500g
Sugar-2 tablespoons
Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar -10g
Sauce:
Water-100ml
Cherry juice, with sugar and starch left over from the filling⬆️, approximately 80-100ml
Butter for ready-made vareniki - 50g
