Sir, I am really impressed with your tutorials mainly you keep it very simple for the new comers in this field. I almost gave up acrylic painting, however after watching your two episodes my desire to learn painting has rekindled. Thanks a ton for helping people like us.
I’ve been a sculptor for 30 yrs, animals, busts, characters, lately I’ve been trying to learn 2 dimensional painting , so far I have found I’m partial to oil pastels. I like the way they blend. You showed a creative way to blend acrylics I’ve enjoyed this video, your acrylic techniques are inspiring, with excellent instructions. I’m going to give this a go. TY ♥️
I did the painting today and as for my second painting that I've ever done it turned out to be pretty good. It was very rewarding to see the end result after working for 4 hours. Thank you so much for this tutorial it was simple and easy to follow and if course, you're a very encouraging teacher to paint along with
This was a fantastic tutorial! It was only my 2nd attempt at acrylic painting and I was pretty happy with my finished result. appreciated the limited palette & number of brushes. THANK YOU!
I'm watching from Sunshine Coast, Queensland and really enjoyed the video. I've been taking art classes for about 6 weeks and whilst I've learned quite a bit, this video has provided me with a lot of information on how to put paint to canvas without feeling TOO nervous! Thank you ... I can't wait to have a go at this scene.
Thank you sir. You really have made learning to paint easier for me. I appreciate how you keep things simple and teach many concepts in one painting, but in an easy to understand way. I just finished my first really great painting(trees in a meadow,in the summer) using your method. Thanks!
Thank you for a wonderful demonstration of your art work. I'm very grateful to receive your instructions. Thank you from Ontario Canada. Monika. Love painting in acrylics!
I just made this painting and every one is appreciating it a lot! I am mighty pleased with my efforts. Thank you for this lesson. I would like to show the painting to you but do not know how to!
I enjoyed trying to paint along to this video, going to check out more from you. I think the two hardest things for me were using enough paint and mixing them properly and with discipline. One suggestion for you would be to list the paints and brushes you use in the description beneath the video. Thank you!!!! 😊😊😊
What I find interesting is how the picture changes as you look at it. When you first put on some of the yellow highlights, I thought it looked too stark, but your mind and the tones around the highlights change it the more you look at it. Very skilfull work. :o)
Had acrylic paints for years but no confidence to paint, loving this approach and am excited to use them but do you do any prep of the surface you are painting on? I think you mentioned painting on a canvas when talking about size but not prep ie covered surface with a liquid white or wash or nothing at all.
Would you explain how you keep the paint from leaking down your pallet? I love the idea of it! Do you wrap, that pallet each time you paint or is that a tablet pallet that you are using?
Judy Burnett hi Judy often it does run down so i have learnt to put a certain amount out and paint fast with it. no i dont wrap it or anything. unused paint just goes dry and hard which is why i use the tear off palette
Struggled big time to mix colors because I could not se the colors you were mixing. I guess the quality of the Camera? is not quite right. Othervise, you are a great teacher but i could not get it rigt due to color problems...
tried this, turned out as a big sloppy mess. I tried replicating the way you paint your trees, with pressing down a side on the brush, slighty, but it just looked like a mess :(. would you be so kind to include a tutorial to how you actually draw the trees?
Thank you so much for explaining things in detail, you are an amazing teacher! Greetings from California US 👍

It is wonderful watching you paint. I wish I could do that, I’ll keep watching, hopefully I can learn. Thank you so much.

Gracias por sus enseñanzas, muy didácticas y generosas; Estoy aprendiendo un montón, sobre todo el desafió de mezclar los colores...

Have you been to the Melany Botanic Gardens? There are great lakes, bridges and gardens that would make great paintings.
Thanks for a greater understanding of working with acrylics. Would have liked to see you do clouds, and you never used cerulean blue!
Rob what are them pallets you are using there. Is that disposable stay wets? Loving using your method btw. Awesome stuff
I’d like to know how you have your canvas or board held up on the larger board.
immediately subscribed.... thank you
"Get a 1" chip brush for a couple dollars in an art store." Get a couple chip brushes for a dollar in a hardware store. 😂
nice

I would have kept the painting as it was just before you added the cad yellow "grass"! The reddish blue gave the whole scene a special character.
Got a bit dizzy with all the colour mixing but excellent result
What happened to clouds

using an old cheap 1/4 inch brush with stiff fibres spread out helped me a lot.....
Beautiful man and very handsome and hot! Can you make a painting tutorial with no shirt....?😇😊😏
