Glen Daugherity trust me it’s worth it I’m about 5 hrs away and it’s almost guaranteed to catch at LEAST 8 nice 18 inchers, if u do go go out of jrs or Rogers. I personally like jr’s a ton better they will cook ur fish for u
Glen Daugherity Red can be amazing for numbers, but not the lake to visit if chasing trophies. Been there many times and done well, but also been skunked twice. Like these guys said you need to stay on the move. My skunk days were during cold fronts so plan around that if possible. Good luck
@@minnesotamudice6780 its like saying downtown red lake? idk i don't live in the town i live south a few hrs. But i think its like the lower half of the town
Very nicely done video guys. For those at home, gotta take a drink every time you hear Red Lake Walleye!
Dangerous game...
@@TomBoleyespecially when you’re trying to tango with the elusive red lake walleye!
Love that you boys are letting the bigger ones go. Keep at it boys!!
Great video. Looks like such a fun fishery, and I'm always amazed at how quickly that big of a lake locks up!
Just got back from a trip with JRs, Tuesday night had em on all presentations and limited before 6 pm. Gotta love red

Its crazy how shallow red is
Nice I have family there man it gets cold quick good info fish on
Those Tingler spoons look awesome! Gotta try that in open water. Looks like a reaction bait ala a jigging rap.
Kinda. The incredibly slow fall prob limits it's abilities in open water
Im so jealous you guys are ice fishing. Here in New York its still open water. Very nice video👍👍👍👍👍👍👊
Lucky sob! Still waiting on illinois ice. Well done.
You boys out mid west got it good!! I’m in ny we catch walleye but not like you guys got out there!
Thank you! If people treat our fish right and not take them when they are like only 16 inches then we get some pretty decent sized ones.
Keep promoting C&R ! and the quality will keep improving. Important for any channel focusing on fishing.
Lucky buggers have ice already, I am in North Bay Ontario and we have ice but not enough to stand on...great stuff!!
Stay safe. Lots of winter yet

He said people set the hook on tip ups to hard, but 10 seconds later he says the fish was barely hooked!😂😂😂

What auger are you using? Would love to find an affordable option that fits my Rigid cordless drill or impact driver.
Eskimo stingray 33. Affordable and durable.
Good stuff Tom! Do you ever fish the Bago system?
No but soon I will.
Just wondering, how does ur shack travel, as far as on the trailer to different lakes?
20 foot snowmobile trailer. I can fit 2 wheels. A 6 x 8 shavk and a flip over on it. Drive it onto the trailer and back it off. Super easy
Lower red lake??
@@almeyer8478 I doubt you are being derogative towards the name, but if you are plz stop
The nice thing is that mostly everyone in the comments is from red lake
Nice video 👍...subbed ya!
Thanks for watching
I’d have to disagree. “Bite me boxes” are the best tip ups by far. Little expensive but worth it or make your own.
Driving a wheeler in 4 inches bahhh
real fishermen say pickeral not the w word
you're an idiot..... pickeral is not a walleye, its more of a small northern. Stick to knitting.....
Getting Excited!!!! Good job boys!
What line you use. Mono or floro
