It is dogri song, but dogri is also spoken in himachal, in nurpur and western kangra, in original song their is no mandi and saket in it, can't say wether it is jammu song or himachali, I m from nurpur (basicaly from bharmour, chamba) and pepole here have strong cultural connection with jammu, Himachal and J&K doesn't formed on language bases, exept dogri their are other language which is spoken in both states, languages like churahi and gaddi are common in DODA district of J&K and CHAMBA district of Himachal

You're partially right. Katoch is a sub caste amongst Rajputs living in the Western Pahari belt, places like Jammu, Kangra, etc
