A friend got the cell-shaded version and the joints were so tight and the tabs locked so well it broke multiple times. I finally got the original and it was so much better. Seems like the paint caked everything on the cell shaded version, don’t buy it.

I really want a good looking Jazz, with the wing doors like the G1 toy, but not without needing a degree in engineering to transform it.

This guy has the wing doors (if you want them - they just flip out). I personally really enjoy the transformation but of course your mileage may vary! :)
