It depends of course on the context of discussion and what the other person wants to find out from you - the exact company you're working for or just the name of the city where you are employed. You may also speak in more general terms (if you do not want to disclose the exact name of the company you're working for) and say: Ich arbeite bei einer Firma in Frankfurt. And after that you can provide more details if needed.
