I just discovered that if you drink two strength potions one after the other the duration of the buff lasts for the entire playthrough same goes for the speed potion

Also I think the recipe for strength potion is
1 pumpkin and 1 weapon

If you're companions get poisoned you have to pick up and give them an item like the leak or a mushroom to cure them same way you give them coins
