As a young white boy at his first job I’ll never forget the friendship I had with the old heads they would bring me food when I was struggling and always make me laugh and teach me to stand up for myself!
This is definitely an old white dude I used to work with. David. Took no shit, worked harder than everyone else. Did all the heavy warehouse work in the store. I miss that old head. I left because I found a higher paying job as a bartender at an arcade, but I will always know David will know a bit more than I do and help me out. Gonna get a drink with him
I adore them. They’re the ones on the job usually (USUALLY) staying out of the work drama, and they always instill so much wisdom and calm. I’ve had stressful shifts and sat down with an old head and they have truly given me different perspectives. Stay wise. We need y’all!
This is so uncannily accurate; I literally saw the faces of EVERY "Old Head" that I've ever worked with in this depiction! Good work, Bro! You are a true observer of human behavior within the Black experience.
I sold appliances at Sears with a guy who started in the early 70s. Back then it was considered a great job; he was one of the last still grandfathered in under a pension. So many crazy stories from that guy. He made the company millions in the time he worked there; was always a trip when an upstart ASM out of training would try to get him to change how he did things. Sure enough, he outlasted them all to his retirement.
This is not only a great video!!! But the fact that so many people can relate FEELS as though we’re all in a room filled with FAMILY and FRIENDS… exactly what the world needs!!!
I can relate to the old head. Been on my job for 23 years myself. I try to be helpful, and put the new ones up on the Bull crap at the job right off top.
Man this the best experience ever im 21 years old i work at a aluminium factory with 2 other oldheads they are cool people one is around 50 years old one is 30 we have the best conversations ever and we have fun at job its cool man they gave me experience, i work there since 17year old and wheb we have a lunch break around 15 minutes we share experiences from old times mostly the older guy talk with the other 30 year old dude that works there and i listen, some wise shit they talking ia cool to listen to them best job ever i got
Great story bro, but I gotta question if you don’t mind. From what I’ve heard from teachers to friends and everything, factory workers are at a constant risk for disease (specific in the lung), and I was just curious, how do you guys usually try and lessen that risk? Or do y’all just say fuck it and take it as it is😂?
I was a security officer and I worked with a ww2 vet for 3 years he was the coolest we knew something wasn’t right he always showed up 30 mins early 30 mins in to shift supervisor called his daughter she said she found him he past in his sleep I was hurt
At my job i started off working with a group of older ladies before I moved the machines but during that time I got to know them all I got to be part of their little group ,as my skill progressed they taught me the ropes all the different techniques they had to fix any errors I was a grasshopper they were the masters as they showed me the ways of discipline with technique I was a wild child from the streets and they broke me down and shaped me back up into a gentleman and prepped me for the next phase of the trade where skilled veterans awaited with new challenges and new lessons to be learned I embarked on those challenges with no fear nor intimidation just a spongelike frame and it’s all because of them ...seeing that i am now manning my own machine in the chaos right in the center of madness taking complete control of the giant I can only thank those sweet old ladies for their knowledge and patience my humble beginnings my child like errors I thank them for being so kind to me for looking out for my well-being for being concerned about my carless struggles just to get to the damn job in frigid temperatures I thank them highly they’re the coolest and sweetest co workers I ever had 😭
There's a guy I work with in the machine shop, hell of a dude! He's not only taught me about the shop, but also mistakes to avoid in business, and even some good investment strategies.
One of the best work experiences I've had was working with all older people. There was zero drama, none. We used to laugh as group. I have worked with much younger people too and there was no drama and they were insightful too.
True story! Those OGs always put you under their wing. The sad part is when they pass away. Work is never the same and you realize the company don't give damn about you because they barely even acknowledge that deceased employee. 20, 30 years of employment and they just replace you. Talk about dedication, he had his leg amputated and never missed a day after he recovered. I miss my friend HOP.
When I worked my first job at Lowe’s I was paired with a bunch of older dudes and another young guy (few years older) and they were all funny and some gave me shit. But it made the job fun and I learned quite a bit from them. One was named Tom who was a retired master electrician but last I heard he passed away a year ago or 2. Hope all those guys are doing good
Listen! I was lucky enough to get trained by Mary Jane who was at the company for 50 years....she retired my 2nd year. I don't even know how she stuck around so long 😩

This is too factual. I had this overly smooth dude I used to work with in Bklyn. The pickup lines this dude would come up with were top tier I swear and nigga would do them shits mid stride 😂 Hope my guy Rodney doing good 💯
As a young white boy at his first job I’ll never forget the friendship I had with the old heads they would bring me food when I was struggling and always make me laugh and teach me to stand up for myself!
This guy deserves 1M Subscribers
He's Damn accurate 😂
No fucking bap 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Absolutely
“This ain’t coffee” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
LMAO, I aint even get to that part yet
“I never wanted to move up” my lawd the number of times I heard that
Dude this is your most compelling character. Please keep bringing him to life.
That "lord have mercy" at the end!!🤣🤣😂
Respect Those Old Heads , That’s Gon Be Us Sooner Than We Think.
“I never had that thought of moving up in the company” is the most accurate shit ever for old heads😂😂
Old heads always wanna take me under they wing because they see I have “an old soul” 😭😂
The “lord have mercy” at the end was the cherry on top 😭😂
Same! At my previous job the best one I knew was 63 years old. He always shared the lunch his wife made for him and gave good advice.
Gonna get a drink with him
That "Lord have mercy" at the end fucking killed me XD
@Ricarlo Just watched your wasp video... you sir, just got yourself a new sub
I adore them. They’re the ones on the job usually (USUALLY) staying out of the work drama, and they always instill so much wisdom and calm. I’ve had stressful shifts and sat down with an old head and they have truly given me different perspectives. Stay wise. We need y’all!
“They ain’t finna work me to death!” Lmao accurate asf
🤣🤣🤣🤣 “I gotta learn em somethin” & the coughing 😂😂😂😂😂😂 on point, gotta love the seasoned people, such gems!!!!
The “you take notes” sent me!!! They really do make you feel like a golden child for taking notes lol!! Whole time I’m doodling 😂😂😂
This is so uncannily accurate; I literally saw the faces of EVERY "Old Head" that I've ever worked with in this depiction! Good work, Bro! You are a true observer of human behavior within the Black experience.
Everyman! 💪🙏❤️🌈
these type of dudes are crazy powerful in the company , even in lower positions
I sold appliances at Sears with a guy who started in the early 70s. Back then it was considered a great job; he was one of the last still grandfathered in under a pension. So many crazy stories from that guy. He made the company millions in the time he worked there; was always a trip when an upstart ASM out of training would try to get him to change how he did things. Sure enough, he outlasted them all to his retirement.
Those old heads friendships are a vibe
This is not only a great video!!! But the fact that so many people can relate FEELS as though we’re all in a room filled with FAMILY and FRIENDS… exactly what the world needs!!!
Best and last job I ever had was like that, retail grunt work hell, heaven of coworkers, bless them all!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I always click with them at work and at church. 😂
I love it!
I can relate to the old head. Been on my job for 23 years myself. I try to be helpful, and put the new ones up on the Bull crap at the job right off top.
I hope they know it all asses listen.
Or do y’all just say fuck it and take it as it is😂?
how you thinkin 30 is an oldhead?? they literally only 9 years old than u lmao
@@theComputerVoice yeah and there's a 20 year difference in the 30 and 50 year old. sounds more like an older brother and dad
@@eliastapia8418 I work in a factory and worry about the health effects : /
😂Oh man I like this one! I miss em oldheads! Was so much fun working with them hahahah
I was a security officer and I worked with a ww2 vet for 3 years he was the coolest we knew something wasn’t right he always showed up 30 mins early 30 mins in to shift supervisor called his daughter she said she found him he past in his sleep I was hurt
Old security guards are the best.
Old head ' I'ma learn ya sum thing"😂😂 Got to love& Respect the OG's/Elders 😁
Big facts, my best friend was my 65 year old manager at my retail job when I was 20 and working through college.
😂😂😂Thurgood Haston
I swear my grandma say "learn" instead of "teach" 😂. "..... gotta learn em" lol
"Add me on the book ... Thurgood Hairston" 🤣
That Facebook pic with the thumbs up is so true. My daddy was a die hard Cowboys fan and took all his pictures like that. Lol 🤣🤣 the memories!!!
When I worked my first job at Lowe’s
I was paired with a bunch of older dudes and another young guy (few years older) and they were all funny and some gave me shit. But it made the job fun and I learned quite a bit from them.
One was named Tom who was a retired master electrician but last I heard he passed away a year ago or 2. Hope all those guys are doing good
The Facebook profile🤣
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
👉Oldheads no doubt made me a better person for LIFE!❤️ God bless you Oldheads, thank you for sharing your wisdom!!! 🙏
Let me learn y'all something.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If that doesn't sound like my elders! I tease my people telling them "I'm a learn ya today"! 😉
This filled me with so much joy and nostalgia and I’ve never even worked with an old head
Im the youngest at my job by atleast 10 years and this is so true lol it’s nice to get insight and joke with them like anyone else 😂
Bruh done had every Walmart worker experience ever 🤣🤣🤣
He said let me Learn you something ! I'm Dead lmao 🤣😂
1:51 that cough 😂😂😂
This man must have been documenting me at work that was exactly the old heads at my old job… Down to the cough
This guy meta-morphs into these characters!! ahahaha😂😂😂😂😂! I be seeing all types of people in his characters! He is spot on and very Talented!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
"I'm off tomorrow, I'ma practice on my game ,get like you"...😄 Killa Kay this is my soul food. you're a ray of sunshine, Killa Kay
Listen! I was lucky enough to get trained by Mary Jane who was at the company for 50 years....she retired my 2nd year. I don't even know how she stuck around so long 😩
I loved this so much. I’m literally in Barbados chillin with old locals & they’re adorable 😂
The elders have so much wisdom OMG I'm remembering working in my nursing career an older white Lady Mrs Tomlinson was a miracle and use to tell me everything And always Right 😆 love 💕 it's
"I gotta learn yaw somethin" 😂 accurate

That wall slap😂🤣😂! Old heads all day...I should know because I do it all the time!
Old Heads be having the most entertaining stories and everything
My condolences to anyone who doesn't know what it's like to be trained by somebody exactly like this
Absolutely done 💀⚰️... I had an old dude training me when I worked at Walmart 🤣😂 I'm mean exactly like this.
Old folks and young folks are great. I love talking to people. Have a sweet day
I love it. I’m an old head, even though I’m young. I occasionally smoke weed on my zoom meetings with my team. One of my favorite coworkers was a 60-year-old woman who taught me everything. 🥰 mature people are magical. ❤️
Old heads can be a gift and a curse.... sometimes they can give you profound life wisdom other times they just wanna talk about the women at the job
Omg. The laugh that transitioned to the cough. On point. I got a old head that call pops that do the same thing. Most importantly he always schooling me on what it is and what it ain’t. Gotta love the old heads
Bruh, I love the old heads. Theyre hilarious and always have great stories. Real or not, they just tell great stories.
They also actually appreciate if you listen. They listen back even if you Talkin that BS, love em
