    the difference between now and then was that kids aren't pulling out their cell phones theyre getting out and socializing and having fun! ^_^

      To u this may seem fun and a cool aesthetic but fuck living in 1950s thing was much more difficult let's just appreciate today's generation

      Another big difference is the kids weren't pulling guns out, and shooting each other.

    It's weird to realize i was 7 yrs.old at the time and my biggest problem was to do my homework on a Sunday so it would be ready Monday morning for school, that was my every weekend nightmare ,now I'm old and some things don't change...today my nightmare is a different one ,now i have to prepare a bunch of pills ,medications for the week on Sundays but sometimes I do it on Monday morning because there's no teacher to grade me : )

      😂 I used to do my homework on Fridays and I enjoyed being free my weekend but my sister was like you.
      It was a nightmare because my parents and me were watching TV Sunday night and my sister will come crying that she forgot to do her homework for school and the whole family will start doing her homework Sunday night...
      now we remember those times and we laugh 😆

      Aw they gave you homework on the weekends at just 7 years old? I could maybe understand 10 but 7? Dang that seems young for any era. I was 12 when I first got weekend homework. And 14 for holiday homework.

    Boys with Brillcreamed hair and Girls in white socks. This is back when a part of a tween kid's upbringing was to learn to dance with members of the opposite sex.
    After years and years of playing different games on opposite ends of the playground It was so exciting just to rest your hand on her waist and feel the warm.breath of a real live girl on your neck. It was literally and figuratively PURE MAGIC!

    EXCELLENT video!!!! some of those poor boys, though, bless their hearts.. you know their mothers were saying to them "just go out there and dance with her, I know she's fat and ugly, but, you don't want to hurt her feelings by not dancing with her, now, go on!" LOL!! and that one poor kid dancing with his mother and then making that face when the camera was on him, priceless!!

    • @phyllishamilton165
      @phyllishamilton165 5 років тому

      Yes; and then, the fat ugly girl went to college, majored in business, started to cut her own way, slimmed down and said, fuck you, and went to law school and became one of the top corporate lawyers in the country. Oh YES, YES!!!
