5 years ago it was about $800 that’s what I paid for mine I bought it because it was the best one for the price it was the in between for lpvo for either being really crappy or really expensive 😂
It doesn’t get any brighter than the that man, unless you have a $1500 plus budget. Got my TS-8X for $400 off BDU when the first had them. Then PA bought all them up and started selling them for $800. The illumination is 3x brighter than the SLX, I have three PA Optics also. None of them come anywhere near the brightness, and the glass in the TS-8X is Japanese glass in a Chinese made scope body, with all QC done in the U.S. It was a steal for $400. But that was about 3 years ago, and there’s a lot better stuff coming outa Primary Arms now for the $800 they wanted for the TS-8X when they had them. Still a good optic and the RBR is a better reticle, it just needed no -illuminated stadia lines, and it would have been much much better.
Decent review, I think it's a fair comparison of another US Based company that out sources their budget line to overseas. Europtic has had the USO TS line on closeout pricing for a while now.
Thanks! I didn’t even see europtic pop up in the results when I was checking prices. I always click the top three that pop up on Google and go with that price! That makes it just a little cheaper than the SLX.
I can not confirm, but I’ve heard their American made optics are great. That said, this overseas produced optic doesn’t seem any better than pretty much all other optics at or below its price point.
Not at all. This is not biased, I just compared the optic to a similar one I spent my own money on before I ever became an affiliate. I’m not saying go buy the primary arms, I’m saying don’t buy the USO because there’s better options at the same price point. And that was the one option I have on hand to test it against
I hang out at SOUTHERN TOOL AND PRSICISON about 25mins from my house. THE HU-DU BREAK AND CHURCH MOUSE SUPPRESSOR IS NEXT LEVEL
Awssome! Yes, they’re great!
US Optics TS-8X.
A few years back you could have had one for $500.
Just like the Steiner P4Xi V2 1-4x24 but that was about 5 years ago for about $500.
Man….
You can get them at EO for less than 400 right now.@@TNRay

Great comparison on two similar scopes
Thanks brother! Appreciate you letting me check it out!

Maybe the specific one I got just isn’t up to spec with the rest of them

I’ve always been a LITTLE disappointed with USO. I’m not saying they are bad at all. I’ve just really wanted them to be awesome

Torture test em
Not quite how that works here.
If you wanna send things in for me to torture test, not on my dime, I’ll gladly do it.
So you admit to givimg a biased review? Man i 2as hoping dor a honest review until you spilled the beans about your affiliation.
