E30 M3 Reverse Light Switch/Harness Repair

In this video I show how to repair the reverse lights on my 1988 E30 M3. I repair the wiring and replace the reverse light switch to fix my reverse lights. This applies to any 1988 to 1991 E30 M3 and should apply to any 1983 to 1994 E30 with a manual transmission. Thanks for the instructions, I had the same issue on my 1991 325i vert., replaced switch first and didn't help, tested wiring the way you described and lights came up, replaced wiring and now I have reverse lights again!
