Done! I live in the country with lots of trees. I sure need one of those but my 20 year old son just blew a head gasket in his truck. I use his truck almost as much as he does, so I have to help him get a new truck before I can buy a chain saw. We have some baby chicks on the way in Feb. so I found your channel from the chicken feed video. Glad your girls are laying again!

Your channel just popped up and glad it did! I jumped on the farmertec train with the 395 also and it runs just about as good as the true Husky saw. Haven’t had mine long so time will tell about durability. I will suggest this. Grease the clutch bearing asap. Mine was dry from the factory. Just give it a couple pumps using your bar sprocket grease gun will take care of it. Also I found out the hard way that they send that extra oil pump worm gear in the tool kit for a reason. Mine stripped immediately when the weather turned cold and I didn’t have any winter bar oil in the saw. Stripped the brass right out. Keep an eye on those things. I haven’t seen many others complaining of the issues I’ve had but I’m sure they are out there. Farmertec had oiler problems with their 288 so I held out for the 395 and sure enough I ran into some problems any way. Otherwise the 395 is cats meow. Going to mount the Granberg to mine in the next couple weeks and see if it can take the pressure of milling. Glad to have found you guys and subscribed 👍

I’m going to give there 372 a try next. Have an early Husky 372 and that thing has been incredible. Crank bearings started making noise so going to have to open her up but man that saw will cut. Have a 385xp and the 372 will cut with or even out cut the 385 with a 20 inch bar. The big saw takes over after that. So glad to find you guys and will be keeping up with the channel. Jesus is King!

I also like the holzfforma saw , I have been building some kits in the winter and find it enjoyable . I have been porting and polishing heads and using upgraded pistons , following Iron horse saw information . My friend is a tree monkey and had his Husky 550 give him troubles . it ends up running to fast and sometimes will not start . Sometimes the old ones work best .
Thanks for watching Richard, I love my chainsaws, always been a husky guy. The holzfforma is a good fit for me, I don't do a ton of cutting, but always run into some big wood that requires a powerful saw, they do a great job. Everyone that I've built so far, I put a husky momentary cutoff switch. Upgrade top end with base gasket delete and they run awesome.
Done..... im originally from eastern ky living in illinois now. I've been thinking about getting a holzforma for a while now . I cut around 10 full cords a year to feed my outdoor wood boiler and most of my wood comes from storm damage or free tree work in exchange for keeping the wood. Currently cutting with a echo cs-400 and a homelite super XL automatic. Doing clean up and stuff like that I can't really pick my trees I'm cutting and some are pretty nasty and tough on equipment so the holzforma price range is definitely a justifiable purchase on a saw that may get used and abused in order to get the wood I need for winter. Very nice video sir ty for the content I'm definitely considering the 395 or the 288 just waiting to see which has the longevity of the 2
Thanks for subscribing. So far I love the way both Holzfformas are running. The 372 revs pretty quick for having the big bore kit in it. But it definitely added grunt to it. We had a couple good size maples come during the storm Friday. I used my 562xp for the tree across driveway but will use one of the Holzfforma saws on the other. I have a Husqvarna sewing Machine I have used for well over 10 years still works like a charm and is computerized. The only thing that I can’t still get for this model is the table but you can now purchase new fabricated ones that are better than the original.
I am pretty sold on husqvarna products, our 26hp lawn tractor is also a husqvarna, built in there own plant right in the US. It's a few years old but runs like a top, just like their saws. Thanks for sharing and God bless

@@ourkentuckyhome771 Well, we will be building a home. So I will need a saw to clearing the lot and I would be very interested in having an additional saw to saw mill logs too!!! I just think that I can add value to our home by milling on using them for several area's of beauty to enhance the look and be proud to display it!!! And maybe I can be lucky when you get to 1000 subs!!!
Hopefully it won't be to long, we've been doing more videos since we bought this place out here. We're are planning to build a post beam porch on front of house with everything milled with saw right here.

If a warm saw doesn’t restart on one or two pulls, you should check the switch. If that is on you have other issues
True, however I was referring to how many times I've actually picked up saw and tried starting with switch in off position. The 1st generation husqvarna auto tune 562s had hard start issues when warm. Sometimes computers are put where they shouldn't be.

They do actually fit, I tried the ones from my 562xp and they fit perfectly. Then I realized that they are $59 a set. I almost choked.lol.

No actually considered buying one, however I really like the holzfforma 372xp so much I decided to stay with holzfforma for now. I really like the Husqvarna platform, easy to maintain and parts are fairly inexpensive.
Why not just grease the clutch with the grease fitting it has with a small chainsaw grease gun ?

Hey Mike, the 395 is an animal, a absolute beast and it runs very strong. I have a bunch of cutting to do soon. I will be running the 395 and putting out videos of it and the 372. Should have video out in the next month.

Mike, the 372xp is definitely lighter than the 395. I put a big bore kit in the 372 with a dual port muffler and did base gasket delete. The 372xp is the saw I run the most, I use it more than my 562xp oem saw. Happy cutting

I own half a dozen husqvarna saws and jonsered saws. I use them all thank you for watching. The nice thing about youtube is if you don't like something someone is doing, you can just click off and move along. The computer or phone you are typing this message on is Chinese made, that' makes you part of the problem right? Besides the absolute stupidity of your comment about why the US is going in the can is because I have purchased 2 china saws. Did you take into consideration that Husqvarna is not a US company, NO you just want to run your cake hole and make it sound like you are above someone else.
