It must be a Gel based water, otherwise the Glitter would not be constantly suspended, it would just sit at the bottom until the Fan is blowing! It's quite a Stunning piece 👍
I got mine this week. I do love the shimmer but the figurines are not what I expect for the price. They remind me of cheap figurines you can purchase at the dollar store 😕
