I still can't believe the Queen of Rock is gone...R.I.H Tina Turner 🕊
Thank you

😊
Hello Karine, I like your channel but I can't help to notice when you do these videos about celebrities you tend to censor yourself a lot. For example instead of saying the word rape, you say r a p e, instead of saying domestic violence you say D V, instead of saying cocaine use say nose powder. I got to say it's a little annoying. You say you say you say things a certain way based on what UA-cam Will and won't allow people to say on their Channel. I don't understand that because I hear a lot of foul language on UA-cam. What I'm getting at is everybody has a story and most people story includes very unpleasant things. Life can be very ugly and very gruesome, and although you can't say everything that crosses your mind you still have to keep things real. And if people can't handle that and if you are afraid of triggering people, well then people need to go to another Channel. Because real life stories isn't for them. Horrible things happen to people all the time. You can't walk on eggshells for people who can't handle the word rape, or domestic violence, or molestation, or a word such as cocaine. I noticed that you tend to skate around these type of words, real life is real life it is what it is. So please stop being afraid of telling it like it is all because you are afraid of offending someone. For those who can't handle those words needs to go back to living under a rock. You made a choice to tell real stories about celebrities. Please tell the story and stop beating around the bush when it comes to certain words. Take care ❤
@@daniellemaroney2931 I totally agree, but unfortunately, if you’re a full-time content creator on UA-cam, you depend on revenue. Sadly, certain words can be flag and she can be demonetized. As a result, it hurts Karine’s purse and her livelihood.
I am so glad she left America and the crap they gave her. All over media back then and now they made fun of her abuse from tv shows to lyrics. European media treated her like a queen
No lies told! The media did her dirty. She chose to protect her peace and leave the country. I love her for that ❤
Amen!! I’m glad that she left this country. What she endured from Ike wasn’t funny at all and even her own people played apart in the media making her the butt of jokes about her abuse.
Much agreed! Mrs. Turner's death is saddening yet I find solace in knowing she was at peace in Switzerland. 🙏🏾
@@danavixen6274 Yes,me too.
I am glad that she met Erwin Bach and made the choice to leave America, she embraced Switzerland and was happy living there with her husband. She was too good for America!
Another black icon and pioneer from the civil rights era has left us 💔 Thank you for opening doors for us Tina
That’s not entirely true. Do your research. I mean don’t get me wrong cause black fill invented rock and roll. Much respect to Ms. Tina Turner. But she didn’t pioneer it
May she rest in paradise.
@@momentswithyahya4239 she may not have have invented it but she sure made an impact and paved the way for future rock and roll
@@momentswithyahya4239 Are you nuts? She married the man who was credited for having the first rock and roll record titled rocket 88 & she was
the 1st black woman to appear on the cover of Rolling Stones magazine!
@@kamariatoure42 Absolutely! You said it all! Through the 'Ike & Tina Turner Revue" back in the late 50's and early 60's, Tina did help pioneer rock 'n' roll. Most people sadly don't know that but it's TRUE. People only focus on her solo career. Plus, Tina transcended the "black" spectrum. She managed to bring together people from totally different walks of life.
@@momentswithyahya4239 I'm sorry but you're misinformed. You only considered Tina's solo career but she was around since late 50's.
Her story is exactly why I wasn't sad when she died. She DESERVES her time to rest. I'm so glad she got to experience joy after all that pain. She was a phoenix through and through.
Btw still waiting on that Celia Cruz video lol❤
Same, she still lived a long time, got closure and peace, and was awarded for all of her contributions. I couldn’t be sad at that
Same here, I hope she rests easy knowing how much her life has changed peoples worlds ♡
@@TheLovesnowangel exactly
Yes! She was truly loved! Her husband gave her a kidney. Im happy she got to experience that!
@@TheLovesnowangel that’s exactly how I felt.
Tina is and will ALWAYS be an inspiration for all generations. R.I.H Queen of Rock!
Without Christ there will be no rest in Heaven 😢 John 3:16
I think it is so sweet that she found true love after the hell she went through with Ike. I read that Erwin was sixteen years younger and they dated 27 years before they got married. And he gave her his kidney and took care of her. She deserved that, to be happy and taken care of. R I P Tina ❤
This woman lost 2 kids and had a good man for decades and broke a world record. Yet they ask about Ike.
Without Tina Turner, there's no rock n roll 🙏🏾
I don't know where the hell you got that from, but that is so wrong.
Rock and roll had been around 20 years before Tina Turner even thought about becoming a professional singer.
And Ike is one of the Originators of rock and roll his Rocket 88 song, is considered to be the first rock and roll song that that catapulted and influenced that music. That was at least four years before he recorded anything with Anna Mae.
I love Tina too, but stop
👍👍
@@bobbyschannel349 Yeah a lot kinda happened in the 1950 s long before Tina Turner hit the scene. Yes she's part of it's history, but not pioneer to R&R.
Her and the Ikettes were phenomenal
Ms. Turner is truly an icon and legend. I do find it despicable how the media (then and even now) harps on her hardships. She's had 40+ years of multiple successes and awards since then, yet her pain is always in the narrative. I'm so happy that she found joy and success on her own. Her widower sounds like he's a great person. I love that for her. My favorite song is the lesser known song, Wildest Dreams (her duet with Barry White). Blessings and peace Beloved Tina. 💝💚
Thank you! Wildest Dreams is sooooooo UNDERRATED!!!! ❤️
I will search that song, this is my first time of hearing about it.
That's my favorite too.
I love Wildest Dreams also
It's always the lesser known songs that are the best! The "B" side...
Absolute legend. I remember when she made her comeback, she was asked about the leather skirts and fishnet hose she wore. She said that leather breathed and fishnets didn't run. Practical and sexy, loved it.
Rest in peace beautiful lady. 🩷
I think ppl couldnt believe how gracefully she aged and proved that it really is true that age is just a number- she looked great in those skirts all her life up until the end its true, god bless her!
legs for days... she fought, won and lived a long life.. her ex took 16 years from her, in turn she lived 16 years longer than him.. universe knows good souls.. she is an angel now, has to be..
Poetic justice
I thought I was the only one who did the math! She deserved to live to 100 with all of the abuse she endured! Rip to a icon! 😢
Ooh I am a numerology person so your comment really speaks to me.
My fellow Sagittarius Ms.Turner was extraordinary with her force to be reckon with in song & dance. Sad we lost another iconic Legend we admire your strength and confidence. WE LOVE YOU TINA 💚💗💚
She's same bday as my dad
Another Sag 💚 💗
People of Sagittarius sign are very talented especially in singing, dance and sport.
I know, its so sad how we keep losing legends like the beautiful Tina. 😢
she was so beautiful and rejoiceful even after going through so much…so glad she came on the other side of it all. RIP Tina💗💗💗
So glad I got to see her twice in concert. Loved her since childhood. She was electrifying. 💕
What a gift that must have been! I'm not even lying y'all like literally 3 days before she died I had been on a Tina Turner binge on UA-cam watching her live performances which I would do from time to time because no matter how many times you saw her it was always so electrifying! I never got to see her in person but her stage presence was unmatched and there will never be another! I always loved in one of performances she was doing of Proud Mary where she was probably in her 50s or 60s she says to the audience waiting in anticipation for the beat drop, "you know each time I do this it only gets better!" And proceeds to slay yet again! 😭😭😭❤❤❤
She's amazing!
She rose like a Phoenix more than once in her life.A Phenomenal WOMAN! Now she dances and sings with the Angels 💝🕊🙏💝
She had the prettiest face 🥺❤️. Like I was in love with her cheekbones 😍.
Thank you for making this video. This has been hard on me to take in 🥺.
I am a fan of Tina the singer and admirer of her tenacity and resilience to survive and thrive! I read her autobiography and it is AMAZIING! I witnessed DV as a child and experienced it myself during my first marriage. I got out once it was happening in front of my daughter and son! Her story was an inspiration to me💛 May she rest in Peace and Love in Eternity✨
Powerful story! 🙏🏾
Congratulations for getting out!
Im happy that you freed yourself of the painful situation you were in, that takes strength and courage. Good for you and good luck to you and your daughter!😊
River Deep Mountain High was the song that truly unlocked the potential for her voice. (Though Phil overworked her) she said it was the first time she got to sing the way she wanted to from her heart. When I listen to it I can feel the depths of her soul and the pain accentuated by her signature raspy sound! For that reason it’s been my favorite too Karine since childhood. We Thank you Tina Turner for sharing your light with the world even in your darkest of times! 💕💚💕
Beautifully stated! 🙏🏽🕊
The world will never be the same and nobody will ever fill her shoes. Rest in power 🩷
It's b/c people expect black women to have super-human strength and it's dehumanizing.
She also didn't like being referred to as a "black" singer as she often was in the U.S.......She once said "In Europe, I'm looked at as a "singer".
Agreed. In the Philippines she's very famous. They just refer to her as an American singer.
To quote Tina, she was “Simply the best!” 💕💞💚💞💕
Wherever her soul may be now, I hope she is getting all the endless love and pampering there - because she DESERVES nothing less ! ❤🥀🙏🕊🌻
She was treated better out of the USA 🇺🇸! I would have done the same thing too if I was her! She left on a gd note & enjoyed herself not looking back at America! She’s a queen diva of rock & roll & will be remembered & missed!
Forever a huge TINA fan!!!💗💚!
Favourite song We Don't Need Another Hero, Favourite line "will our story shine like a light, or end in the dark?". Tina's story shined like a light, and will continue to shine. What a performer, what a legacy, what a women. 💚💔
Rest in paradise 🎉🎉🎉
Rest in heavenly peace, Tina Turner 🙏🏽🕊️💗💚💗💚
The Icon of Icons! RIP Tina ❤
As someone whom was abandoned by my biological mother, lost my biological dad and was ultimately placed & raised in the foster care system. 💔 I can relate to Tina’s broken, traumatic, and abandoned childhood indeed, I recently just lost my beloved adopted mom. 😢😔😪It’s been a sad heavy dark season of grief along with painful loss, she’ll always be the mom I never had.🥺😔🥺 Now the passing of the iconic trail blazing Tina Turner, may she forever rest in paradise. She is one of the true inspirations who rose from the depths and ascended far beyond.💚💖💚 I’m a millennial still discovering alot of her catalog that was reigning very much before I was born the song I really like by her is. “I Don’t Wanna Lose You” great tribute breakdown video as always dearest Karine and the droplet of positive encouragement you added. I needed that, and appreciated it….💜
R.I.P to the Queen of Rock & Roll🩷💚
she was a legend and we will always remember her
🩷💚 Tina was Simply the BEST and never will be forgotten.
Thank u for this history lesson on the life of the queen Tina Turner ❤ . This generation needs a reminder of how easy they have it. TINA LITERALLY WAS SINGING FOR HER LIFE. She performed across the world, some places only allowed them to go through the back door , beaten up backstage and still putting on an amazing show. The media kept throwing Ike in her face, but she handled it with class. My favorite songs from her are river deep, mountain high and simply the best. Rest well, queen 🙏👑
I didn't mean to be one of many who hurt Tina Turner's feelings by saying She Was Strong. As busy as she was singing and traveling. She's beautiful. I'm sorrow she passed away thinking, speaking for myself, some people didn't respect her I was of many that Loved Tina Turner ❣️RIP❣️
She’s very underrated as a vocalist…she sings her ass off..her voice is distinctive and strong. Rest.In.Power Tina❤️
Thank you for giving our Queen a proper tribute. Long live her music and legacy ❤
Anna May Bullock Bach Rest in Paradise 🩷💚 You Better be Good to Me is my favorite song of hers😢
Thank you Karine for this tribute to Tina Turner. I read her book, "I, Tina", fifteen years ago and left an abusive marriage shortly thereafter. Ms. Turner is eternally a beautiful soul🙏🏽
💗💚
Oh gawd I liked most of her songs it's hard to pick one. When I was a little girl What's love got to do with it. Now as a grown up Proud Mary is my favorite Tina song and I don't wanna fight. RIP Queen Tina Turner 🌹🌷🪻⚘️🕊
Thank you Karine for producing such a respectful coverage on the legend Tina Turner. Thank you also to Tina Turner for providing us with the blueprint and everything that we need to keep the show going, as she would want 💖💚💖💚💖💚
💚💗 Tina will never be forgotten. She was beautiful and showed us all how to rock. There will never be another Tina Turner 💚💗
We are so hearbroken 😢😭 ...but yet very glad and grateful she lived and we were able witness her beautiful voice and presence on stage... 💘💚 Tina Turner forever in our heart!!!
She was asked to play in the new color purple movie.she declined.she said it was too close to her childhood 😢😢😢
Not the new version...the original back in 1985 with Whoopi and Oprah was the movie she was referring to.
The Creator knew not to give me legs like Tina’s because I’d have ZERO chill lol
I knew this was coming. What a TRAILBLAZING pioneer! I pray for Queen Tina to be at peace with het beloved sons Craig and Ronnie. 😔🙏🏾🕊️❤️

Karine, you nailed this video. I love me some Tina Turner. She is an over comer. I admire and love that she held on to love, joy, and hope even when it wasn’t easy. I’m she found love and she lived the way she wanted. May her beautiful soul and spirit rest in eternal peace.
She was something else! Gorgeous, talented, honest about life…. Love 💕
There are few artists artist that fill stadiums outside the US, Tina was one. She will be missed by the world. Thanks for everything Tina!

She was so dynamic. A bright light of energy and positivity. When I was younger I’d watch her on MTV. I loved her music and her dancing. She’s is now the brightest star ⭐️ in the night sky. She’s an inspiration for many people and to me.

Ike knew what he had with Tina and he really abused her love for him. He was a degenerate loser! But she prevailed! She gave us so much! 💐💐💐

Tina Turner was a remarkable talent and beautiful human being. Despite all the abuse she endured, she bravely broke free and forged a new life for herself. One with love, happiness, and peace. May she rest in heaven.💗💚
I was watching some interviews of Ms. Tina Turner yesterday and I absolutely loved them! I would have loved to sit down and listen to her talk all day! 💖💚✨ R.I.P Tina!!!
Ohhh there is so much I can say about the beautiful Tina Turner! When I first learned of her, I always looked at her in amazement. I remember when the media said she even had insurance on her legs because it was a big part of her brand, along with her name. May this icon rest in peace. 🩷 💚
In loving memory of a beautiful QUEEN. Anna Mae Bullock, the little girl who because Tina Turner, is a true icon. A great inspiration.

A legend that hurts to lose. When I was a kid there was a time where she was all my mom and I would listen to in the car; such fond memories. I'm partial to You Better Be Good To Me, but she has too many great ones. RIP Hurricane Tina💚💖💚💖
Tina was an amazing Sagittarius. She practiced Nichiren Buddhist which saved her life and the praciced does work. My mom loved Tina Turner so I grew up watching Ike & Tina whenever they were on TV. People always label a person when they escape from trauma as strong. She is a survivor and she reinvented herself and inspired so many. I remember when I purchased my tassled dress, I walked around feeling Tina flow through me. She is an ICON that can never be duplicated. Sleep In Peace😞 Thank you Karine for this wonderful recap…
Lovely!
What a woman and a artist!
She suffered a lot in her life but she has been resilient
