Guys this has been completely debunked. Paper does not have the same porous and made from keratin this cannot be scientifically sufficient at proving these products work. All this does is simply coats the paper and whatever texture dries and protects the heat in this manner. Plz do not believe anything this girl does. She simply does random videos like this for views. I am a pro stylist and have been for 23 years.
Ok, while I do agree the heat protection sprays are designed for hair and the follicles are different than paper yadii yadi. However, when you spray a HEAT PROTECTION spray on anything, it’s gonna do what it’s supposed to do. Hints why each spray looks different with the heat. It still shows how they work.

I dont know much but maybe let the heat protection sit for a few minutes. Just so it might not damage your hair/straighter. But than again it is paper and the liquid could damage the paper. (I don't know if it is true tho)

im pretty sure she’s just drying the paper so it doesn’t turn into mush or rip when the straightener goes over it
No you don't have to blow dry. You're supposed to iron your hair right after applying to each strand, yes it might sizzle but that's how it works
