It’s crazy how far Lucky has come. I remember listening to him when he first dropped his music on streaming platforms and Roll Some Mo was his first song I listened to. I was in a dark place and for that year all I listened to was Lucky. Painted was my most streamed album and Roll Some Mo was my most streamed song. Flash forward I’m happily married, have a great job and in a very happy state in my life. Lucky really helped me during that dark time and I’m so glad to see him reach these heights. Man, I came here looking for new music expecting the usual generic sounding, lo-fi-ish R&B that most people are into nowadays but I was blown away by this.
