This guy stole my work

He stole my work without MY permission and lying that it is his work.
someone has illicitly claimed my composed(arranged) music as their own and uploaded it on UA-cam. This constitutes a clear case of copyright infringement and an encroachment upon my legitimate rights.
He illicitly registered my music as his own on music streaming sites, including 'Apple Music,' and it seems to have already spread quite widely

I have not registered the content ID for my work because I did not anticipate that my music would become known to many people. However, I have the following evidence: I possess the original MIDI file of this music, and I am the initial uploader of this music. The upload date can confirm this.
