    I made these with 11/2 cups of buckwheat and 2 and 1/4 C water and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Soaked for 6 hours first. Rinsed and drained and then add ingredients above and blend.
    Surprisingly good!

    Tried these tortillas and was blown away! They are so easy and yummy! I was thrilled how sturdy they were holding up to several toppings! This will be a staple in our home menus!

    do you think its possible to turn this into a waffle or pancake batter? im thinking about adding some ghee or butter and a little bit baking soda

      Hi there, this is a pancake recipes. I am not sure it would work for waffles however. If you give this a try we would love to hear if it works.

      Hi there, thanks for your question. We have tried it with out eggs, but it does not work so well, as it will stick to the pan and be very hard to cook.
