I was with the MCD service crew for that event and a group of engineers/mechanics gathered at a stage start when Roger lit up the rears and all concurred it was the most powerful BDA they've ever seen...!
When Billy Coleman arrived, the Clark dominance disappeared, Stuart Turner was a Roger fan and couldn't bear to help the Irish Driver, Billy was a shy lad but was very quick, he had a fourth overall in Corsica a World Rally!
Absolute world class nobody could replace or better him!!! Flat out all the time !!!!

Was never a fan of his , definitely not after what he put Chris Searle through!
I remember that program. It appeared that Roger was unhappy about the arrangement from the start - not a nice experience for Chris
Yes Chris is a bit of Berk but he got him to the Finnish but that programme changed my mind about Mr Clark, poor Chris searl!
andy howden I’ve just watched that documentary on You tube. Roger didn’t come across very well at all which surprised me
His health had started to decline at that time.
