The two main pillars of health are hydration (which comes from structured mineralized water) and diet (raw animal products or as raw as you can mainly coming from ruminant meat). I could understand the appeal to eat it raw if its good, coz cooking it reduces amino acids content by 10 to 30% depending on amino acid, however its not like its safe to eat anyway, so sacrificing some nutrients isnt all that bad considering meat has abundance of it anyway.
The only raw meat i ate was beef in form of tartar, east european dish which was quite good, but chicken or pork is only safe cooked and just better tasting
If I eat raw meat I only eat Beef or Lamb. Same with raw liver.
