Wow, very surprised to see the prices on those youview boxes shoot up like that. i used to sell them all the time for £50 but then the market got flooded with them for £30-40 so I stopped bothering as they were sitting listed for 2-3 months at at time at one point. Now I see prices have shot right up to £80-100. Crazy. Nice find! Ill be on the look out for them again
Oh really! That’s so interesting! Yeah they sell for stupid money now and the STR is insane, I honestly think if I put one up for a stupid price it would eventually sell, I’ve been increasing the price of them every time I get one in just to see if it will sell and it always does 😂
This is funny. I bought that wii bundle for £20. And the xbox one for £10 😁. I saw the pile of xbox ones on the stall with all the broken laptops tablets etc and assumed he would be asking ££ . Good buy there.👍
Probably some good stuff in that Wii bundle, I only passed really because I’ve got about 16 Wii’s that I still haven’t listed 😂 Well, the Xbox ones I bought could all be broken but they still sell well as spares…but here’s hoping one works 😜
@@jakkifranceI’ve sold a bunch of stuff already, made my money back and then some, the zgemmas both sold for £45 each, the youview for £105, sold the Sonos for £140 if you can believe that! I even sold the broken human for £30! So it’s safe to say I’m in profit and still have a tonne of stuff to sell 😁
NGL but at 6:20 you could of got everything that guy had in all them clear boxes and possible more on the table for mad cheap if you asked him how much for everything.... cuz my man wanted evything gone and would of done a banging deal 100% plus would of stopped people grabbing and just holding most of it... (which they don't even buy half the time just hold so no one else can) hahahah madness tho.
Hi, my friend is doing eBay and has over 600 random items from £5 to £1k items but only sells 1 item a day and is putting me off starting eBay if it's that slow. Could there be a big thing he is doing wrong and any advice, and thanks in advance 👍
Hey! It’s hard to say what the issue is without looking at their listings but some of the common things that can affect sales are.. Is he listing every day? EBay’s algorithm tends to promote listings from accounts that list consistently. Are his items priced competitively; it doesn’t matter how many items you have on your store; if all of them are priced wrong then none will sell, he needs to check currently listed against solds and price correctly. Are the items he’s selling in demand? He also needs to check the sell through rate of the items, this is how many have sold over a 90 day period against how many are currently available to sell. He could have a lot of items that are slow sellers which means they will probably sell, but not quickly and that could be a reason for slow sales. These tips have definitely helped me with sales but I’m no expert, I hope that helps!
