The 1983 store was not the Flagship. It was Joe Marver's other store that he converted into Spirit Halloween. He named it Spirit to keep branding consistent with 'Spirit Discount Women's Clothing" which was his store name at the time. The current flagship appears to be an old Circuit City building.

It was also a clothing store to after circuit city existing there and it was converterted to spirit flagship.

Pretty sure the pirate ship was from a couple years earlier and was made of pallets(the 2007 one looks like it's made of cardboard so it's probably just a custom display). The Ye old head shop is actually just a smaller version of American Gothic that was sent out to stores that couldn't fit the entire displays.

The Town of Wilhem That was another custom one. The pirate ship was how mike kroll got his job, and he started designing theme's in 2008 and we know that it was from around 2005 so neither of the pirate ship's that we've seen were made by mike.
