The bag and tubs for personal consumption. The jars would make great last minute gifts; dress the jars with ribbon or twine and hang a gift tag on them.
I have those square cookie bags, you will make good money on cookies, welcome to being a cookier. Also weights each cookie dough so they will be same weights. It do take a lot of time getting all the ingredients together, weighing the ingredients out on a scale. You can take 1 day to do all your cookie dough , weigh each ball, roll and put them in container and free,e or fridge
The jars and the bags are a great idea! The jars in my opinion would be great for Holidays wrapped with a ribbon since the jars are more expensive. The bags would be great for everyday Farmers Market packaging. Most cookies are sold in bags, so the bags would be so profitable for you in my opinion.
to get ripples on my cookies with the crispy edges and chewy center I take my cookies out half way through and bang them on the counter a few times then pop them back in the oven. I usually do the bang method again when they come right out.
The large cookie 🍪 jar might make sense for bigger families with two or three kids 😊❤. The mid size 🍪 one is easy to grab and eat as they walk around the farmers market. The smallest jar 🫙 is cute and will allow those on diets to store it well and eat it over a few days. 😊. Each option has its pros and cons 🍪🍪
I love the Jars with the Cookies and the Bags as well. Decorate the Jars with Ribbons that would make great " just because" Gifts while the Bag is for Home use. Wow! So much value in this comment! ❤️ True! I need someone I can trust on both ends Baking and childcare. I would love to have your help if I could. I didn’t know that about buttermilk!! So interesting! Thank you so much 🙌🏽
I have never thought of using the oxygen absorbers. In your opinion, how well to they work with keeping product fresh, or how long do they extend the freshness compared to not using them? I use a lot of the little brown window bags and the absorbers may be beneficial for me!❤️ I love your content! You have inspired me and I designed my own labels on Canva for my mini cake pans! Thanks for sharing your awesomeness!🤩
You have a good-sized pantry. I am so jealous. LOL. You might consider putting a lock on the pantry door to keep your son out of it. You don't want him to pull stuff down that might hurt him. I love the organization, and I am getting many ideas.
I love the bags!! I enjoyed this video and seeing you continue to push in your business! Wishing you the best! I want to take my family to the next farmers market you’re in. I have to try these delicious treats! ❤❤
I learn so much from your videos! You're making me want to sell at the farmers market. I didn't see anything when you said look at the bar under the screen though.
Those cookie ideas are great! The issue with them is they take longer as far as man power to get to the completed product. I know you will figure that into your prices. Congrats on your Farmer Market success!
The expensive package looks more professional and dressed. The bag reminds me of a coffee shop cashual. The larger plastic container is for casual restaurants, for example, soul food or homecooking.
Hi thanks for sharing your journey and Ideas I would go with the bags and jars I know you will do what works for you and thank you because you inspire me to keep going with my business I'm the opposite I'm not a cake person but want to learn I'm a cookie person Lol!!! good to see you again
Hi! 👋🏽 I decided to go with the jars. They were a hit and sold out. Yes, keep going and adjust as needed until you have created the business of your dreams! Ooo I need some pointers from you then! 🙌🏽
I love the jars and the bags. Have you thought of playing with a chocolate chip cookie base or a peanut butter cookie base? You could sub out some of the butter for cookie butter in the chocolate chip version and swap out the peanut butter entirely for cookies butter. The butter pecan cookie looks awesome! Love baby boy at the counter, reminds me of having my nieces and nephews in the kitchen with me!🤗❤
Hey can you experiment with something like soaked chia, flax, or hemp seeds. Or maybe ground chickpeas, steel cut oats, bananas, egg whites, beets. I hope your baking expertise can think of something great.
I'm a little late to this video, been busy making up my cookie dough to get ready for Christmas. I not only bake cookies for profit, but I also every year give out a special cookie Christmas Box for family. In that personal Cookie Christmas Box is 1 dozen cookies usually 4-5 different flavors. With so many different cookie flavors to do, (12 last year), I make the freezable doughs ahead of time up to the part that it would just need to be taken out and baked off. This leaves me with more than enough time to do other cakes, treats, or cookies that require to be baked as made without being overwhelmed close to the holidays. Definitely count cookies as you pack them in packaging for consistency and always weigh each cookie ball out. this is why on non rolled dough I will make the dough, weigh each lil ball, and then store to be frozen. I then only have to pull X number of cookies if need be for rush order or last minute bake sale filler. The bags are the best way to go, they are gonna be best on price, best on storing, best on transporting. Craft packaging is always good too because you can customize it so easily, especially since you already make your own labels. Good luck my friend. I thank you for all your advice over the years. I'm still trying to get my cake on as good as you!
Sweetheart God Bless You❤️I think You Are AHmazing keep doing what you do!! My hat goes off to You!! You're doing an incredible job!! Don't be so hard on yourself as you said 'stuff takes time!' I enjoy your honesty & transparency❤in S000 Many Ways I see myself & I'm sure others Bakersfield themselves also!! When youre a Passionate Baker you can be All Over The Place😅😂 & That's ok❤❤❤it'll All Work Out & your Cookies Look Absolutely Delicious😋😋😋Remember Take A Breath & Take Care of You❤💐❤️
There’s also a new trend people may or may not know it’s the little free bakery it’s like the free library the little birdhouse things where you leaves books take books for free but now people use it for baked goods
Good luck in all your endeavors. Im in some of the same situations with having children and trying to make some money. Lol. I would love to talk to you about your virtual assistant needs. ❤
I would go with the bag because at a fair i wonder if they would just throw the jar away. I dont like plastic in the trash so im kinda thinking at a event the bag would ne better.
It's a pleasure watching your journey! I believe the farmer's market will be a success as you are well-prepared. I enjoy baking in my leisure and for holidays. Are you looking for a new virtual assistant? I'm available!

I agree.. the jars make a cute gift and the bags are great for a larger amount of cookies.🍪
Oh this is a great idea!! Thank you for sharing that.

Also counting out the cookies per packaging helps alot too when calculated the price (s). Great idea! Thank you!
Oh that’s perfect because that will help make production easier and not consistent. Thank you!!
I liked the bags and the jars and just dress it up a little.
I love the cookie jars!!

Same lol, it’s so pleasing to see. Mine at the moment is hectic 😵💫
Aww thank you! I’ve never considered that 🤔 thank you!!
Thank you! And don’t be fooled…It’s totally a mess at the moment 😆
@TheStationBakery If that's a mess to you, I will never show mines...LOL
I love the mini cookie idea for the bags.
I’m soooo jealous of that awesome pantry! You have wonderful ideas!
Aww! Thanks so much! 😊

Absolutely!
I love the bag for the cookies
I know! They look so good! Thank you!

Love the bag and jars! Super cute 😍
Thank you!! 😊
I learn so much from your videos! You're making me want to sell at the farmers market.
I didn't see anything when you said look at the bar under the screen though.
Yeah at least try it once! Aww man! It will usually light up in rainbow colors when I say it. Maybe they changed it.
I love the jars all the containers for the cookies
Yes, I decided to go with the jars!! They were loved!
Those cookie ideas are great! The issue with them is they take longer as far as man power to get to the completed product. I know you will figure that into your prices. Congrats on your Farmer Market success!
Yes!! They take a long time but I saw someone say to roll it out, then cut the circles 🤯
That's a great idea, rolling and cutting them out! I was thinking to use mini muffin tins, but that's more expensive and time consuming lol.
I love your pantry and work space! Wow! Every baker's dream 🤗
Thanks so much! 😊
Go girl..very creative 👏
This video was very informative. Thank you😊.
Glad it was helpful!
I liked this video. Keep this content coming!
Thank you! Will do!
Lotus cookie looks yum❤

Thanks! You too!

Ooo thank you so much! I agree!
I like the jar and bags. You can present the jars as "gifts" with a bow and charge more.
Great idea!
Love that idea!

I’m currently in test kitchen stage and it’s feeling a lot like analysis paralysis. The process of finding the right recipes can be VERY long!
I know! It can take a lot but it’s all gonna be worth it. You got this! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Happy to see u!
Aww thank you!! ❤️
We love you❤
We are inspired by you.
Aww thank you!!
Lady your the bomb
Aww you’re too kind!
As a fellow baker- my brain, kids and all the things are all over the place. Hang in there
Whew! 🥹

Hi! Thank you so much! I hadn’t thought of that, but that sounds like a perfect idea! Thank you for sharing with me and watching ❤️
Babysitter!!! I couldn’t do the farmers market this year because I didn’t had any one to pick up my oldest from school and watch my 2yr old 😢
Yep, it’s an under discussed topic! So sorry to hear!
Just an idea, not sure if it would work but what if you make a full sheet cookie then cut out the cookies once its cooked 🤔 ❤😂
I like the tub of cookies the best. If you do a jar, I would do the gourmet cookies that you can only get out of the jar. That is what we do.
Ooo I like this idea! Thank you for sharing!
Nice work
I wish I was in your city, I'd totally bake for you ❤
I would LOVE that 🙌🏽
Hi Koko How are you and the family like always love your videos 🥰

Baby boy is getting so big🥰
He is!! 😍

I have purchased bags for this same reason Walmart does carry the bigger bags in pack of 13 in white and the brown
Such a good idea!
Inspo! Love your work
Thanks so much 😊

Love the bite size cookies. How did you get the portioned so evenly?
I started by weighing them (about 25 grams each I believe) then I could eye it from there!
There’s also a new trend people may or may not know it’s the little free bakery it’s like the free library the little birdhouse things where you leaves books take books for free but now people use it for baked goods
That’s so cute! I would love to do that in my community!
Hi, are you willing to share how much you charge for your mini loaf cakes?
For sure! I charge between $5-10
Are those jars airtight? If so, they would last longer than the bags
Maybe! I believe the bags can be heat sealed too though! So that makes another layer of protection.
Good luck in all your endeavors. Im in some of the same situations with having children and trying to make some money. Lol.
I would love to talk to you about your virtual assistant needs. ❤
Thank you!! Please email me!
@TheStationBakery what's your email?
What if for the mini cookies you rolled out the dough into a long rod and then cut medallions?
That is such a smart idea! Thank you so much!!
I would go with the bag because at a fair i wonder if they would just throw the jar away. I dont like plastic in the trash so im kinda thinking at a event the bag would ne better.
Great points!!
Cookie Jars!!!!
Yep! Customers LOVED them and thought they were so cute! Loved the play on a mini cookie jar ❤️
Team bag for me
They’re so cute!
Buttermilk should never go to waste. Freeze it. Use sour milk to bake better cakes.
So how much would you charge for both?
These are just round about prices and I would have to crunch the numbers for sure but for the tubs I would do $8-12, bags and jars $6-8
Those are just my initial thoughts!
Nice
Thanks!
smak your pan of cookies as they come out of the oven.
Thank you for the tip!
Great idea to use AI for a recipe I wanted to do farmers market for years but need to find a good one.
Thank you! Farmers markets can really help grow your business!
