magnetic jewelry has many benefits to one's health. It reduces pain and enhances the healing process.

Magnetic jewelry does work! Dunno how, but it absolutely does. I use one for hand cramps. With the bracelet, I have no pain, but if I take it off, the carpal tunnel or arthritis whatever it is that's going on with my hand it comes back. I drive for a living so my left hand is always moving the steering wheel. I'm a letter carrier so I put mail in the mailbox with my right hand and I steer with my left and it's my left hand that is not happy. The moment I started wearing magnetic bracelets on my left hand was the best moment ever because that's when I began to feel relief and it was almost immediate. So whatever nay Sayers put forward judge for yourself.

How long did it take for the jewelry to give relief? Was it immediately??

The iron in hemoglobin is not ferromagnetic. Ferrohemoglobin (without oxygen attached) is weakly paramagnetic (is attracted to an external magnetic field). So it can align with a strong external magnetic field, but this effect is generally very weak. Oxyhemoglobin is non-magnetic (has a magnetic moment of zero, because it has no free electrons) and therefore does not respond at all to an external magnetic field.

Could you use just regular, strong magnets for this type of thing? I can’t take NSAIDs anymore, (years of use destroyed most of my stomach lining and damaged my one kidney), and although I have a prescription for a very large dose of pain meds-they just dull the pain a little and do nothing for the swelling. After my spinal injury in ‘99, a girl that I got to know in aquatherapy, also with a bad back injury, started sleeping on a pad full of magnets and said she slept better on the magnets than ever before. I’m wondering if I could just sew a bunch of the round magnets I purchased last month, into a pad-or if they have to be some special kind of magnets? Although I also have fibromyalgia, most of my physical problems stem from genetic disorders, (a severe form of nail-patella-syndrome and ehlers-danlos) and the problems related to them and age. (Severe arthritis, pre-mature osteoporosis; I average 1-2 fractures/month, dislocations). Most of my pain though is in my back because my injury didn’t heal correctly-mainly because of the osteoporosis. I’ve FINALLY found an aquatherapy program here in the Poconos that will take me, (most deny me because they say I’m too much of a liability 🙄), and my yoga therapist is also going to work with me in the water. I’m thankfully moving back to Florida next winter and my daughter has an indoor pool at her condo that I’ll be able to use year-round. Here in the Poconos it’s hard to find anyplace open after August.
Anyways, let me know if you think regular magnets would work for this. I ordered some to make some magnets for the fridge and to hold my flash cards on a metal bulletin board I bought (I’m learning chinese). I wasn’t expecting to get several hundred extremely strong magnets. 😂. It would be great if I could find some other use for them!

      Hello Elaine
If you order magnets for your mattress, it is "rumored" that the polarity of the magnets can be positive or NEGATIVE depending on the polarity of the magnet. I am not sure which polarity is good and which is bad for your health.
What I would try first is a magnetic necklace. The corroded arteries go under the necklace and can benefit the whole body. They are inexpensive at about $25.
The mattresses pads with magnets should help most people.
Scientists at Cal Tech have recently determined that humans do have a 6th sense and an ability to recognize magnetic fields. You can search UA-cam for more in the sixth magnetic sense. You can contact us at the Magnetic Hematite Shoppe if you have any questions.
