It was great meeting you Adrian shortly after you made this vid. The Paris Highlander Tour was epic, thank you for the great time & memories (& your generosity).
I was in art school in pairs in 97 and saw the barge and some filming, then in 2013 I got to meet Adrian Paul at a con. Meeting him was Buckit list check for sure. Then I did the sword experience. Got to cross swords with Duncan Macleod. My late brother named his son Duncan.
Some of the best episodes were shot right there.
Thank you, Adrain... There should be a historical marker at that spot for Highlander...
Thank you for this! It made me smile, seeing you there & remembering Stan Kirsch! Loved that show! 😍 Maybe I can do that tour in the future.
I've visited Paris many times. During one of my visits I went to that spot where the barge was. I also went to Darius' church! It gave me goosebumps! Then in 2019 I got to meet Adrian at AthensCon and crossed swords with him! What an experience!
Ouhhh great... Can you please give me the addresses 😘
I could never forget that spot.
I remember watching Highlander as a child with my parents and one of the few things I remembered very well was the houseboat behind Notre Dame. Now, watching the show as a grown-up, I still love it and as I visited Paris 2019, I could not help myself and went to le Quai de la Tournelle, standing right there too ! And you know what ? I was wondering if Duncan had moved his boat because of the fire on Notre Dame ;)
The Watcher's place (the library Shakespeare and Co) as well as Darius' church are not far away too.
Great memories, really
Awesome! I love that spot where the barge was at for Highlander: The Series, so many great scenes were shot there! :) Thank you for sharing! Have a great day!
Being a history geek and highlander fan is still the best combination but damm i missed that this tour was going on… much ❤ to all the highlander family from 🇳🇱
I’m going to watch Highlander again!!
The series went to another level in season 2 based in Paris
The barge, I loved that, it was awesome!!!!❤️
Thanks so much for sharing Adrian! Love the Paris Highlander episodes. Enjoy!!!💕🥐☕️
Brings back some great memories
Supreme input and reminiscing !!!!
Was expecting Maurice to appear! There should definitley be a highlander statue placed around here.
❤️ LOVE THIS ❤️ I REMEMBER THE BARGE.
HAVE FUN ADRIAN. 😃
Love These Videos!!!! Paris in real time. Been Watching Rebroadcastings of The Highlander. Now on season #5. JUST as Enjoyable as when it first came on TV.
Bet it was great to see the old stomping grounds from your Highlander days.
Wow awesome to see you back at the spot by the barge. Great scenes filmed at that location ! Wishing you well and be safe Adrian 🤙🏽
Very cool! Good memories thanks for sharing that
Truly amazing
France is a country that I don't fell to go as a turist, but I wll go just to found all the places where highlander the series was filmed. I will love be there with Adrian and see all those places...maybe next time
I took photos from there, last time the wife and I visited, Paris is/was such a magical city, so much history and culture. However, over the last 10 years it's been kind of sad to visit and see it become dirtier and overcrowded. And now the riots going on, but the riots are elsewhere, not in Paris I believe, fortunately.
Man. I’m watching when Duncan went back to France and Richie comes back.
Rewatching 6th season right now
I was hoping you'd show the area where the barge was 😊
Thank you.
Hope you have a good time there 🎉
I need to break out my DVD’s and watch me some Highlander🤩
"Paris? . . . Too many Parisiennes. Even the French don't like Paris." :P
In all seriousness, I hope I can visit one day.
Love that area! Was there not too long. Wish I could of joined you guys! I noticed the traffic was bad as well.
dude has not aged a true highlander
J'aurais su ça j'aurais bien aimé voir paul il y a 2 ans j'ai pris une décision de prendre tous les nom des rue con vois dans la série et les visiter merci Mr Adrian Paul pour tout
OMG!!!! ❤🎉❤!!!!!!!!!!!!
So much souvenir when I see this location pops into my head. Thank you so much Adrien for this walk to memory lane. There Can be Only One 🥐 the one from Paris. 😂
❗️You are still in great shape. I really hope that you can return as Duncan Macleod someday 🎬...Action 😁🗡
This is awesome as I just finished season 1; so these location is very familiar! Norte Dame is of course under repair and renovation thought. Amazing.
Thanks for the tour. What ever happened to the barge?
Good question!
Duncan eventually gifted it to Maurice. I think he’s still living on it😊
@Adrian Paul, you mentioned how you'd routinely get very little sleep during highlander production, YET, you didn't have any eye bags (a symptom of lack of sleep). Exactly what was your anti-eye-bag routine (i'd like to follow it), please?? Thank you very much.
What if it was filmed in Rome Italy instead? There would have been sword fights in the Coliseum instead of the Ifle Tower.
So thoughts on Steven Seagal?
Nja time fast . But interesing moments movies tv history
Like drive Parise old car Jaguar 😎👍🤙🔥
Where's the barge?
Paris is an absolute dump, the perception of it being the “city of love” is a load of bollocks.
Budapest and Prague is a million times better.
The only reason I went to Paris cause I wanted to see your Barge but it was not there 😢😢❤❤
