Bro theeee best walkthrough I have seen by far since I started going down this rabbit hole you are goated bro thank you, made it so clear and easy to understand
I know I’m late to the party but yeah, $300 is actually crazy cheap for this kind of synth! I’ve been dreaming of a Tachyon+ synth but those are like $1500 starting. As Tyler said, the manufacturing cost for these synths is really high. This is because the materials used for building these synths are rare and the supply can’t adjust to meet the demand because these materials aren’t manufactured anymore. Hence the crazy prices.
@@weebobdyl you can use a phone to capture the image of the CRT TV. I would just use a camera app to lock exposure and focus . Let me know if that helps . We dropped glitch FX v2 same process just more FX
I love Glitch FX so much! CinePacks is the best! @Tyler Casey , please tell me how do you record to the Atomos in 4k resolution (at 12:23) , if the signal from converter from Glitch Fx is in 1080p?
Okay so with a vhs camera, rca to vhs to mixer, rca to tv and then to capture could you do vhs to s video to the screen capture device? While everything else is also plugged in
@@TylerCaseyProd -- my work around has been using quicktime screen capture while using elgato to view the video. mixed feelings with this as the frame rate is always random. @@JonWolf damn that’s crazy! Yeah the QuickTime recording is definitely a decent workaround. Not sure why the El Gato is so bad now I thought it used to be really good. Might be worth a shot trying OBS
You might already be aware, but, on its own, a simple mixer to fade between two video signals is not complicated at all as far as circuits go. So I’m also curious what they’re doing for the unique/opinionated parts of the box. Kinda sorta really want to replicate it
@@TylerCaseyProd I’m really stoked you are delivering a product like this. Just giving some feedback. Other thing I noticed is the text labels for each knob is very small and illegible on the labels.
