Hi hi & Happy Monday!! Sorry this video didn't end up going live Friday! Come along with me this morning as we have an early (for me) wake up call at 5:55 am to get to the beach at Palm Beach for SUNRISE! I forget not only how rewarding waking up for sunrise can be, but also how calm & peaceful & BEAUTIFUL it is! I encourage you to try waking up for the sunrise some time in the next week - even if you don't live by the beach- - and get your day started on the right foot!! It seriously made for such a happy start to my morning!

I used to do sunrises at the beach all the time pre-covid in winter with friends, we used to wrap ourselves in blankets on the headlands and watch the sunrise. You have inspired me to do a sunrise alone at the beach this week and clear my head for a productive day, maybe even curl up in a coffee shop and do some work after.

Thank you for posting this amazing video today. You inspire so many people and just bring out so much positivity to others and I really love that about you so thank you! If you can please do more of these morning sunrise videos/even maybe doing a sunset vlog I would love to see that as well if you can. They bring me so much peace also when I am just having a rough day or just need a calm reminder that everything is gonna be ok I will for sure come back and watch this video over and over again.
