Great game, but so disappointing that the refs took K J completely out of the game. The only legit foul was his 5th. I rewatched all his fouls two or three times to have a fair evaluation of them and the first four called on him were a joke. I would love to have the refs look at them and justify the first four.
1st Kj is not a good defender and fouls end of story.
2nd How did the refs fix the game when Illinois was in the double bonus with 12 min left in 2nd half like stop
3rd MSU can beat Illinois again , Illinois role players are overrated , if it wasn’t for Riley going off in the 1st half , which he never shoots that well MSU wins this same game by 10 to 15
4th how many pull downs and holds and over the backs did Illinois get away with ? the refs tried to hand them the game and they blew it 🫢
Bet you a grand loudmouth we smoke you in Champaign!!!
while first one is true, you have eyes to see a foul called against KJ, when a guy tripped over his foot without a ball right? That's not fouling out. Regardless of how good or bad you are.
Go notre dame tomorrow I’m dont with the big ten picking winners and losers
IZZO FO SHIZZO!!!
Can we do something about the speed typing stenographer right next to the mic? Jesus!
We're the referee that bad didn't watch the game
KJ played 9 minutes...
Simplified answer - they were calling fouls for tripping over without a ball. That sums up the officiating.
LMAO Illinois fans still crying. They sound like little sister um fans ffs. You lost....fair and square. Deal with it.
I never really paid attention to Illinois fans because your school.is irrelevant most of the time but you are some crybabies
The fact the Illinois fans think the refs were bad for them only? You're morons. Check the stats before you open your mouths and blame the officiating. They brutal for both MSU and Illinois. Make your FT's and you win the game.
You have bad foul calls, and clown foul calls when a guy trips over your foot without the ball and falls down and you get a foul. Cmon, you have to wake up not to be blind how ridiculous U.S basketball looks to Europeans watching a game like this.
Brad is a great coach. Everyone needs to stop blaming the refs lol. We could have made free throws to win the game! We’ll be fine! Go Illini.
Refs taking KJ out ruined the game. Not convinced State is better.
Quit crying Illinois fans. Officiating was bad on both sides
you got some tripping over a foot foul calls too? I only saw this joke one way
Illinois will win msu badly at home. Mark my words
T on Ill bench didn't help.
