ive played this game so much and still i learned something new watching this. i didn't know you could simply spam the dark pendant... I always thought it had a cooldown for some reason..
That's impressive. In DS1 deathless run is multiple times harder than no leveling run. Having to deal with bs like Bed of Chaos under huge pressure and basically without margin of error is just too much for many great players. Huge congrats.
idk, i think its hard, but probably one of the easier ones in the souls series, i mostly had a hard time with manus/bed/priscilla, everything else is easyish if youve played enough times
@@tarik365 and that's exactly what I said. Ds1 is easy (if sl1 is easier than no death, this means that game is very easy), but for me personally Bed of Chaos alone is enough to completely discourage me to do no death in ds1. If I died on Manus on 10 attempts in a row, I wouldn't be even mad (I would be angry on myself for how casual I am), because I would know that is my fault.
@@suchar7175 I think SL1 is easier than no death in every From game, you still do good enough damage and all you need to do is have one lucky attempt to beat each boss, whereas deathless you have to consistently play good the entire run and make no big mistakes.
@@TheMirksta it really depends on player. I beat all SL1s All Bosses and no death I beat only in ds3 and Bloodborne. In both these games sl1/bl4 was much harder for me. Many Bosses took me a bunch of hours, while no deaths I finished in few attempts. Even though in sl1s you have infinite amount of tries for every Bosses, it requires from you more skill and experience to beat all the hardest Bosses.
@@suchar7175 I guess it depends on your skill level / playstyle yeah. If you are used to being a tanky boy with armor and healing or casting ranged spells, then deathless would be easier, but if you already use a dodge centric melee playstyle then SL1 would work out better.

Fun factoid for the Asylum Demon, if you jumping attack off the ledge and then r1 right when the jumping attack connects (or a few frames before I don't remember the exact timing) you'll get the jumping attack damage + plunging attack damage. With the bandit starting class that does over half his HP Edit: It also works with Taurus now that I think about it
I knew you could do it. Awesome work! By the way the word "Zweihänder" is comprised of "zwei" like the german "two", pronounced "tsvy" and händer, pronounced "hand + er". "Tsvyhander"
Respect 👊😎 I only started playing DS last fall and allthough I've beaten this game 7 times already, a deathless run is lightyears away for me 😅 Mad props
I just realized for the first time that you can basically go fight 4 Kings as soon as you want to (granted you can buy the crest and beat Sif). I always assumed that fight was locked behind O&S like the other 3.
In fact you can even skip the crest by sneaking past Hydra, doing a quitout to reset aggro, and then going up the ladder. (Or get it for free by killing Andre, but that would be blasphemy)
i just completed my first run through of the game as a complete noob, took me over 50 hours and hundreds of deaths.... I am beyond speechless at this video!
Awesome job! Beating dark souls 2 deathless is going to be hell there is so much BS possible deaths in that game I've died from falling through the map many times I've been grabbed by enemies that was at least 30 foot away from me there is just so much BS in that game
She said „ok we can fight four kings or sif next“ wouldn‘t she have killed the run if she went for the four kings first cuz she didn‘t have the crest of artorias from sif? Imagine, that would have been the dumbest way of f*cking up a deathless run

It’s a scripted death, you can’t avoid it without going out of bounds

also: dont be sorry, Parky. Be better!
I always do butterfly before bell but i mean being able to one cycle it is pretty funny.
after watching the video i have a question does two handing the weapon influence the damage you do while reposting a parry?
Only if you don't meet requirements for wielding weapon in one hand, but can effectively use it in two hands.
it can increase the damage done by all swings when two handed but i’m not sure about parries
