A bunch of Narnohana (200g/ 7 oz )
・Ohitashi
(Vegetable in Dashi)
2 tbs Dashi
1 ts light soy sauce
・Karashi-ae
(mustard soy sauce)
1/2 ts “Karashi” Japanese
yellow mustard
or yellow mustard
1 tbs Soy sauce (regular)
・Shio Kombu-ae
1tbs Shio Kombu
(salted shredded kombu)
