I had the HPV vaccinations when I was 13 and 14 respectively, second vaccination was just before Covid and the lockdowns started. I’ve just turned 19 recently, I personally have never had any side effects nor has anyone I know, whether that was fellow classmates or other women in my life. I don’t know anything about men who have it though. Men having it is too new to know anything. Either way, I’m sorry to hear your neighbours daughter reacted badly to it. Not everybody takes well to every vaccine.
