I am getting a debug assertion failed error when dragging the game folder over the pkg merge exe. That happens when I rename the sc file after the number of packages to 14 since I have 13 package files of the game. How do I fix this?
thanks for sharing i was trying to install some fpkgs from my old ps4 pro some of `em work and some just don`t install at all my current firmware is 4.50 is there anyway i could check which games work and which don`t if thats possible cause it just takes a lot of time to keep trying to install games that wont even install
If you have license (purchased before) for that game; yes. Otherwise; no And also, update pkg parts must involve game data. If exist, merged parts turn to base game pkg (update included) So, not every game works but you can explore and try compatible games.

@@Janigamerg This is not PS5 jailbreak method. It just load ps5 retail pkg files from debug settings/package installer that not done before. Also, this is for 3.xx-4.51 firmware only, not latest firmware.
@@Janigamerg some game won't let you proceed unless you update them that means you need to connect to sony's server and update your console, this method give you the chance to update games without updating you console.
its work only on an activated PS5, right? Iam on 4.50 offline and its doesnt work after installing. PS5 says I shold buy the game.😆 I have the disk with 1.00🙄

Do you actually own the game? Or are you trying to install it without actually owning the game yourself? You need the license to be able to play the game.
How can i do a pkg of my own game (digital or disc), just for testing. I have demon souls digital version activated and also disc version so how can i do a pkg of my digital version to try reinstalling it and see if it works. Just i dont want to loose it while trying😅. I am in 4.50 OFW

stay on 2.50, that is the best firmware to have right now. I think we will see a full jailbreak for 2.50 before any other firmware
