- Join the concrete crew on one of the last projects of the season. It was mixed emotions for me today as it is good to have the finish line in sight after a successful season but on the other hand I LOVE CONCRETE and I miss it in the winter months. Grandma made it a little easier as she made us a special meal! Enjoy

There have been multiple contradicting statements and subtle inferences about Big Ray's return/permanent departure at first it seemed like he wasn't coming back due to some comments and what not but then Ryan made some other comments leaning the other way so I don't even have a guess anymore

Ryan, I love the fact that your mother not only frequently makes homemade food (which I am sure is delicious!) but also that she's always dressed very nicely! Every time you have her on video makes me think of and miss my mother.
Quick idea for the crew at the end of next season. All the guys should pitch in for a gift card for mom to get her hair done and dinner maybe. She takes great care of the boys throughout the season 💯

I love that all these guys are all great entertainment personalities but they're still here everyday to work. They're not just trying to get UA-cam face time but are actually getting work done. It's refreshing to see hardworking guys who are entertaining rather than entertainers pretending to work.

Ray does “fetch” really well. The crew is rarely waiting for the dump truck to get back like they were before and he shows up on time, all the time. And he doesn’t argue if he does something wrong. Best driver.

My wife and I watched as little Ray came aboard your ship. after watching him a few clips I told my wife he reminds me of Bugs the way he hits the job site wide open and don’t fool round. You have a Great group with you. I know you know that. Means a lot to have people that can play around but then can work hard also.

Ryan , it will be a year jan 10th this year since i lost my mom to cancer , she would do best mom everyday i was working in my hometown or close to home man seeing your mom and hear you talk to your mom brings me to tears ryan, especailly the mash patatoes lol my mom had the best honemade mash patatoes ever haha, It makes me happy though it really brings back memories of my mom bringing food to work randomly for me and my brothers . I only ever had a job close to home 1 time in my life that happened to be up the road from my gma and gpas home. Needless to say gma called me up at like 10am and said did u boys take a lunch with u... by 1130 she was there with sandwiches and chips for everyone. My boss said u can tell your gma loves u because she buttered the bread first... good ol gma. Shes been gone since 08.
