Raffle time at TOMOS America

At the 2017 Javits Center Motorcycle show, we did a little floor work to promote our t-shirt raffle. Instead of doing an actual drawing... anyone who came back to the booth with a ticket got a shirt.

So I have a 1979 Tomos Automatic A3, and bought Some New Parts for the carburator (encarwi) and the motorcycle dosent wan't to work at all now, even with the carburator taken apart a.k.a. joust the lid and the plastic floatiy from inside of the carburator removed. I don't know why.
