- Mercedes asks, if she can come in. When Art approves that, Mercedes tells Art, what she had witnessed with Bernarda in Isabel's bedroom. Art tries to calm Mercedes down, and tries to explain, that Bernarda is woman, who is mentally broken because of Isabel's death. Mercedes replies, that Bernarda is mad for sure, but surely she will cause or had caised harm to Manuela. And how Bernarda described Fernando, he wants to cause harm to Manuela as well. As result, Mercedes runs out of Dorothy's flat, and Art few steps behind her. Carlotta calls with Luisa, her daughter, who tells her, that Mercedes left Salinas' residence in tears and distraught. That Carlotta tells to Rafael, who witnesses the call between Carlotta and Luisa. Carlotta suggests Rafael to accompany Mercedes in Buenos Aires to be at help for her. Mercedes, who ran out of Dorothy's flat, almost ended on street under the first car. Art rescued Mercedes at last second. Fernando persuades Manuela to accompany him on scooter to observe the scenery of Sestrierre. Mercedes and Art returned to Dorothy's flat, where Art finally calmed Mercedes down. He explained Mercedes, that Fernando isn't obsessed by Isabel and he will surely protect Manuela. When Mercedes is calmed down, Dorothy appears, which shocks Mercedes a little bit. Dorothy tells Mercedes, that she and Art are close friends, nothing more. Bernarda informs Isabel, that Mercedes visited Salinas' residence. Bernarda scared Mercedes a lot, but Bernarda also has fear, that Mercedes will tell police, what she had witnessed and she also has the cassette and letter. Isabel excludes any danger to Bernarda or her. Dorothy orders Art to buy coffee, in order to talk with Mercedes alone. Dorothy tells Mercedes, that Manuela is stronger, that she looks. She also tells Mercedes, that she thought, that she is ideal partner for Art, until Mercedes appeared. Dorothy realized, that Art is in love with her. When Art returns, Dorothy prepares the coffee and Art talks to Mercedes. It goes so well, that Mercedes forgives Art his adventure with 14 years old girl. They pacify together. Bernarda talks with Emilio about Isabel. Bernarda tries to encourage Emilio to stop Isabel, because she could ruin everything due to her impatience. Emilio has doubts, he can stop or slow her in anything, she wants to do. Lepoldo secretly enters Fernando's office in order to try to enter the password to the computer, so he can pump out the money from holding accounts. Security guy observes the office and turns off the table lamp, which Leopoldo turned on, before he hid under the table. When the security guy is away, Leopoldo sits on the armchair. Antonio talks with Mariana, he tells her, that almost everything, what he achieved, is due to Amanda. He asks her, if she would have been in love with him, knowing, that Antonio is poor guy. Aunt Gabriela tells Teresa, what being told by Luisa. About Mercedes' visit in residence, about Bernarda, who received Mercedes and how Mercedes left the house. Aunt Gabriela suggests and insists on to call to Fernando in Sestrierre. Leopoldo tries to enter the password, with no success. Suddenly, the security guy appears and Leopoldo is revealed. In opposite of Leopoldo, Antonio and Mariana wants live together, even it will be poor life, with no luxury. Passionate kisses mean, that they certainly have feelings for each other. Leopoldo talks to security guy and informs him, that he has in important task to do immediately. Security guy understands, but he recommends Leopoldo, if any occurance in future, to log in, when entering the building. Emilio guards Isabel's sleep. When she wakes up, she gets upset, because nobody is allowed to guard her sleep, only Bernarda. Emilio tries to bring Isabel to common sense. Isabel doesn't pay any attention to his words. Isabel will always do, what she wants, because Isabel's life and yacht accident permits her do cause any harm or destroy anybody's life. Emilio is tired of providing money, time, emotions. He wants to receive from Isabel. Isabel (falsely) promises him to live with him in mountains as his wife, as Emilio wants. Fernando returns to hotel room to bring Manuela proper wardrobe. He is interrupted by Manuela's call. When he opens the suitcase with the diary and sunglasses, he is interrupted by another call, so he can't spot the evil objects.

Vita Escardo interpreta al personaje clave de toda la telenovela, Isabel, en lugar de Colmenares, mientras Escardo en la entrada de la telenovela aparece junto a todas las sirvientas. En el patio trasero. Vita Escardo debe estar en primera plana en la entrada, junto a María Rosa Gallo, o al lado de Marita Ballesteros, es decir, por separado. Escardo salvó a la telenovela del fracaso final. En general, hay muchas preguntas sobre el productor de la telenovela Rodolfo Hoppe

Sacar a un personaje de su contexto para introducirlo en otro hace ver las escenas raras, lo digo por Mercedes en casa de Dorothy, poco usual la escena.
