Beautiful parkrun. Love the beach ones. Up there with Narin and Inch as 3 of my favourites.

Stunning, definitely one I'd like to try. Especially love the idea of a barefoot parkrun

One advantage is you can run closer to the water so your not running through the sand churned up by other runners. although it can feel a bit tough on the arches of the feet and calf's. The paddle at the end was fun though :)
