Mind blown, Kalei 🤯 I didn't know you can fret a note and just move it up to get the harmonic of that note! Simple concept, i know, but so thankful for that lesson! Mahalo my friend!
@Iernon this is true of the open harmonics. The second type of harmonics done entirely with his right hand can be done with any fret. You just have to strike the point halfway between the fret and the saddle.
Tip for ukuleles that only have twelve frets (mine might be the only one, though, lol): just pretend that you have more frets. The amount of harmonics that you can do is only limited by the length of the strings from the twelfth fret to the bridge.
Bro all i care about i learning that last song that was litterally probs something "simple" off the top of his head. This guy is the only reason i have music equipment in my house.
grow your thumb nail, that helps and make sure you pic at a similar spot that you strum so there sould be a couple inches between the thumb and the finger on the string. those to things helped me cause i couldnt get it either
oh my gosh he just dropped that song on us at the end. I wasn't expecting something so amazing
This guy's such a great musician. I'd travel all the way to Hawaii just to hear him play in person.
Thanks so much for sharing, HMS~!

I love to see kalei playing the ukulele. He plays it with a passion. Keep up the good work. You are very talented.

I should probably dust off my ukulele, and give it another go. My hands were kinda too big and clumsy for it...
