Saw a dead rat in Lombard road the other day as big as a cat--on a road where some of the small houses are sold for around a million. Great choice in this country. Live alone work yourself to death decide you can't afford kids to save money or have kids and sit in a mould infected death trap. Mould any mould spores over the long term can get into the lungs. It's deadly and can result in mould infection in the lungs and ultimately death. Short term get a proper chemical wash it off get some anti fungal paint. Run and keep a dehumidifier running until the house is dried out. This will only work if the house is weather tight and its heavy on electricity. mould can only grow if there is warm and wet in the air. All human activities cause it. If rats are in the walls it's because there is a hole in either the roof or the walls. If you wait on the council you could be waiting until someone is dead unfortunately
