Ah yes its the song that never stopped rolling. The first drop literally makes my house have wheels and starts drifting. With the second drop i headbanged so badly that my neck is now L shaped. The third drop sounds like a gaint bullet going trough a metal pipe shooting with the speed of sound.

I'd say it's one of Bossfight's better songs as of late. He did a good job here.

I love Grit it is so much different than Bossfight’s newest releases like his older stuff like Knock ‘em and Elevatia but still absolutely considering this song good.

One thing I can appreciate about this song is that it didn't ever feel like it copy and pasted anything, it all felt different enough that it'd exciting to see where it goes. I do agree with some people that the off drop sections can feel a little messy (too many sounds colliding with each other) but putting that aside this track has the perfect amount of energy that you just can't help but bop your head to.

My favorite part of this song is the briddim drop in the middle. It reminds me of Beat Down but slower and it’s just so satisfying and fun to listen to. The vocals that Bossfight seems to be including in the songs from this upcoming EP are really cool and really well-done, though for me the recurring profanity can start to get a little annoying, though not to the point that it detracts much from the song. The bass house drops are also cool and kind of remind me of Charge, but not quite.
Exactly what I thought, took perhaps the best part of Beat Down and smacked it into drop two.

i do prefer Warp but Grit is insane also

Hot take, might be the only person who dislikes both of his recent releases, Warp and Grit.
Putting aside Warp, there's a lot of things I don't enjoy in Grit.
> It's hella messy. The dubstep sounds aren't clean and are questionable (what even are those metal clink clank sounds introduced in the second half of the 1st drop).
> There's too much in the first drop for me to actually fully understand and process the dubstep in my head. The background vocals and the sounds drown each other out, and the only thing it has going for it IMO is the catchy bass house flow.
> The only part I liked in the 2nd drop was the fakeout, which doesn't even fit the drop. You can't convince me white noise swish swoosh is a banger.
> The 3rd drop went from "Empty no sustain, only cool beat" to 'Bossfight - Charge but poorly mixed". This was the nail in the coffin.
Bossfight has done way better before. The Pit is much cleaner and had better dubstep. Grit was heavy all the way and too overbearing for me. I don't see how I can enjoy this when there are much better bass house out there like 505.

You're not alone I'm not too big on this either. I feel like I would've liked it more if it didn't try to be so complex. Bossfight is usually a good producer but this feels very overproduced.
Eh. Sounds pretty ass to me with all honesty. The house drops are alright and the briddim is awful. How do you even decide to make that kind of briddim when that same drop idea has been overdone to a point where it's absolutely annoying? Overall a mid song.
