- The time has come. A while back you guys voted for artists with 20+ songs on the label for me to rank and Bossfight came in 4th place. Currently he has 24 songs on the label, his most recent being The Pit. He's not one of my favorite artists but he's got a few songs I truly love and whenever u need a straight up banger you can rely on him.

A painful list but I honestly don't mind but we can all agree that Bossfight was probably one of the best additions to the label between 2021 summer to - 2016 summer like he's with Tokyo Machine,Pixel terror,Infected Mushroom,KUURO,REAPER,RIOT and many more
Totally agree, his sound design and his creative ability to set each drop so much apart and sound unique is impressive. Like there really isn’t anyone with the same sounding songs as Bossfight out there right now. Not to mention his songs create such an amazing atmosphere that most dubstep songs don’t nowadays

In my opinion Bossfight was always my inspiration, I have followed him since the release of the Heks EP, the truth for me all his songs are 10/10 xd
best part about Heat is how the final drop has rising melodies with it's progression and multiple variations of the same sound as the song came to a close. It doesn't sound like a lot of variation overall, but compared to a lot of drops on Monstercat where they change the front or the back instead of throughout, it was a welcome change back then.
Also Subside still the best Bossfight track hands down, agreed
Completely agree on your #1, Subside is one of my top 10 favorite MC songs of all time!

You should listen to his song "Nock em" if you haven't done already. Pretty similar to Subside and an absolute BANGER
*Potions (SLANDER & Bossfight Remix)* - After hearing melodic-to-heavy shifts like this in dubstep songs (thanks a lot Sullivan King), I can confirm that this is pretty standard from that kind of stuff. However, Bossfight's part in this song is a bit lackluster when compared to the other stuff he has done (even his remix of New Age by MUZZ)
*Next Wave (feat. Virus Syndicate)* - Been listening to a lot of Disciple lately and after hearing some of Virus Syndicate's work there (he has a fucking collab with SKYBREAK in his newest album), this does fit the stuff I'd see on Disciple. Not that I'd like it though
*Intro* - It is exactly what the title says it is. A cool intro.
*Sovereign* - Another song that sounds like it could fit in Disciple due to how the lead sounds like riddim. It really is kinda mid when compared to the rest of his discog.
*Carol of the Cartels* - It plays really well as a Christmas-themed banger. Yeah that's about it.
*Outro* - It's pretty chill. On U is still better tho.
*Voices (w/ Philip Strand)* - The same idea as the Potions remix with SLANDER, except with better vocals and a much heavier 2nd drop, which is good by my book
*Overdose (w/ Philip Strand)* - The younger brother of Voices imo
*No Sleep VIP* - Bro tried to pull of a Disorder (Rebirth) and it kinda worked? DnB drop is good but the dubstep one is standard
*Charge* - It fits really well in Rocket League, and is simple when compared to the other electro house/bass house tracks of his.
*Beat Down* - This song gets lost easily in his discog. The Pit/Toxic is that but better
*Evil Inside* - Already fucking heavy, but just wait for the sequel.
*The Pit* - Bossfight's vocal samples can make or break his songs, and luckily many of his songs have vocal samples that hype you up. The sounds use are similar to what Dirtyphonics use in Gasoline
*Work* - A lot of people say Carol of the Cartels is Bossfight's version of Overkill and they are in some ways right, but this takes the cake here.
*Endgame* - And this is the better version of Work. Whatever sound he used on the first drop is sick, and the second drop is just nuts.
*Heat* - Straight fire
*Evil Inside VIP* - None of Dirtyphonics's work on Disciple can stand up to the heaviness of this track, because good lord they went ham on this 🆅 🅸 🅿
*U Got Me* - This is just pure HYPE.
*Badmash* - Rivals some of KUURO's moombahcore (e.g. Possession) on the label.
*No Sleep* - No Sleep was a great meldub song from him until Shadow took over. Now I see it as a much weaker version of Shadow. But it's still meldub tho
*Comeback* - I think this is very underrated as both of their styles mesh together so well. Also, it's freaking glitch hop
*Mercy* - The progression is insane, both drops are dope, what more can you ask?
*BARRICADE (Bossfight Remix)* - Waaaaaaay better than the original, that's for sure.
*Subside* - This is a certified hood classic

Despite loving headbang music I'm not the biggest fan of bossfight. At that point I'd rather just listen to speedcore
I have a soft spot for Bossfight because I used to listen to him before he was even on Monstercat, back when he made chiptune and glitch hop. His heavier stuff isn't as good and I much prefer his older stuff, but he definitely has some gems in his MC catalog, like Overdose, for example.

Same here, but Bossfight actually got me into edm so every song of his is a 10/10 (except his system overload remix)
As the ultimate Bossfight fangirl i am (I'm a boy) I feel attacked xD.
I just don't really get why Potions get so much undeserved hate and why U got me , Badmash and subside are always so high on everyones list IMO kinda overrated and not special at all.
Now of course everyone their own opinions, it's not like anyone asked for mine anyways xD
As for Evil Inside VIP i very much agree it being better than the OG version only thing i wished was that they kept "Crush it" in the song instead of changing it to "BREAK IT"
And I find it funny how everyone ranks No sleep VIP by the 2nd drop only when i find the 1st drop to be the best but yeah :P
take me back to the days where bossfight was known for his amazing bass house, and not his geneic brostep jesus the potions remix was Going SO GOOD UNTIL THE BROSTEP DROP holy
Sadly (or maybe not really, idk) can't get into 90% of his music but the barricade remix somehow was super fire

I don’t know how you decided to rank sovereign but the audio you showed in this video for that song is terrible compared to when I listen on my headphones, idk why that is but it sounds terrible only through your video audio. Idk why that is maybe your recording device didn’t record it properly. Edit: I agree with most of your rank other than that, also heat is hella under rated and one of my favourites by him 💯
